Relais Colis is a French parcel delivery and pickup network. Track91 reads the public recipient tracking page to show available movement, pickup and delivery events for a parcel reference.
Tracking events may not include the pickup-point address, opening hours or collection instructions. The merchant’s message and the official Relais Colis notification provide those details.

Carrier scans mark movement through processing and delivery stages.
The public tracking page can show when a parcel is available or has been collected.
The merchant or sender can help resolve a missing reference, delay or return because they arranged the shipment.
Use the parcel reference from the merchant’s dispatch message. This integration accepts an alphanumeric code of 10–20 characters containing at least one digit, including CC-style and longer JD-style references. Copy all characters; an order number may be different.
These are common stages. The exact wording depends on the service and the events published for your shipment.
The sender’s service, parcel route and the pickup point’s processing determine when collection is possible. Wait for an availability notice before visiting a pickup point; an in-transit scan is not a collection invitation.
Use the parcel reference, not the shop order number, and copy any CC or JD prefix exactly.
Updates require new carrier scans, so transport between facilities may not appear immediately.
Consult the carrier or merchant notification for the address, hours, pickup deadline and any identification requirement. Track91 cannot issue a pickup code.
For delivery changes, claims and parcel-specific instructions, visit the official Relais Colis website or contact the sender. Track91 displays carrier events but cannot change the delivery.
Relais Colis Support
Answers to the most common queries about Relais Colis tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter the parcel reference from your merchant’s dispatch message. Track91 reads the public recipient tracking page and shows the events currently published for that parcel in time order.
The supported reference is 10–20 alphanumeric characters and includes at least one digit. Some numbers begin CC and others use a longer JD form. Enter every character; the retailer’s order ID may differ.
Check the merchant’s shipping confirmation, order page or Relais Colis notification. Ask the sender for the carrier reference if only a purchase order number is shown.
The sender has created a shipment record, but the carrier may not have scanned the physical parcel. A later acceptance event confirms that it has entered the network.
The carrier reports that the parcel can be collected. Check the official Relais Colis or merchant notice for the exact point, hours, deadline and any identification requirement before visiting.
The public events may not include a complete point address or private collection instructions. Use the carrier or merchant notification for those details; Track91 cannot generate a pickup credential.
Tracking updates when the carrier records another event. Movement between facilities or toward a pickup point may have no intermediate scan. Recheck the official notice if the sender’s expected window has passed.
Timing varies with the sender’s service, parcel route and pickup-point handling. Wait for a ready-for-collection event or notification; an in-transit status does not mean the parcel is available.
A return event means the parcel is moving back toward the sender. Contact the merchant to discuss the order, refund or another delivery; Track91 cannot stop or reroute the return.
No. Track91 is independent and displays available public tracking events. Contact Relais Colis or the sender for delivery changes, pickup instructions and claims.
