Expected Delivery Timelines

The service level printed on your tracking page drives the schedule. Typical windows:

  • Domestic home delivery (e.g. "SEKO 3-5 Day"): 3-5 business days from pickup.
  • Expedited and next-flight-out airfreight: same-day to 2 business days door-to-door.
  • Cross-border ecommerce parcels: 3-10 business days plus customs clearance.
  • Ocean freight: port-to-port in weeks; the tracking page shows container milestones rather than daily scans.

SEKO Statuses Explained

SEKO's travel history uses terminal-based statuses. Here is what each stage of the journey means.

Shipment Data Received
SEKO has received the electronic shipment details and a label exists, but the parcel has not been scanned at a terminal yet.
At Pickup Terminal
The shipment has been physically received and processed at the origin terminal, ready for linehaul.
In Transit To Delivery Terminal
Freight has departed the origin terminal and is moving between terminals toward the destination region.
At Delivery Terminal
The shipment reached the last terminal before the consignee's address and awaits sorting onto a delivery vehicle.
Shipment is Out for Delivery
A driver has the parcel on the vehicle and will attempt delivery that day.
Shipment Delivered
The driver completed the drop. When someone signs for the parcel, the signer's name appears under "Signed For By", and a POD image follows shortly after.
Shipment Refused by Customer
The consignee declined the delivery. The parcel returns to the terminal while the shipper decides on redelivery, return or disposal — refused shipments are often re-attempted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about SEKO Logistics tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track my SEKO Logistics shipment?

Enter your SEKO tracking number in the search box above to see the live status of your shipment — from pickup terminal scans and linehaul transit to out-for-delivery and proof of delivery. You can check as many times as you like.

What does a SEKO Logistics tracking number look like?

SEKO waybill numbers are numeric and typically 6 to 12 digits long, for example 123456789. The number is printed on your shipping label or waybill and is usually included in the retailer's shipping confirmation email.

Where do I find my SEKO tracking number?

Check the shipping confirmation email from the store you ordered from, the shipping label on the parcel, or the waybill issued when the shipment was booked. It is also often shown in the retailer's order page under "carrier tracking number".

What does "At Delivery Terminal" mean?

Your shipment has arrived at the last SEKO terminal before your address. From there it is sorted onto a delivery vehicle — you will normally see an out-for-delivery scan within one or two business days.

How long does SEKO Logistics take to deliver?

It depends on the service level shown on your tracking page. SEKO home-delivery services such as "SEKO 3-5 Day" typically arrive within three to five business days, while cross-border shipments add customs clearance time of a few days.

Why is my SEKO tracking not updating?

Scans can lag by several hours while freight moves between terminals, especially over weekends. If no new scan appears for more than 48 hours, contact SEKO or the shipper with your tracking number handy so they can trace it in their system.

My SEKO shipment says "Shipment Refused by Customer". What now?

The consignee declined the delivery, so the shipment returns to the terminal for redelivery instructions. In many cases the shipper arranges a second attempt — the travel history will show the parcel going back out for delivery, as refused parcels are frequently re-attempted.

Can I track my SEKO shipment without a tracking number?

No. SEKO's tracking system needs the waybill number to find a shipment. If you have lost yours, ask the sender or the retailer you ordered from — they can look it up against your order details.

What is "Expected Arrival" on the SEKO tracking page?

It is the estimated delivery date SEKO projects for the shipment. Treat it as a plan rather than a promise: weather, customs checks and address issues can move it, and the actual delivered date is confirmed once the driver completes the drop.

Is Track91 affiliated with SEKO Logistics?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for your SEKO Logistics shipments. For bookings, claims or account questions, use the official SEKO Logistics website or contact them directly.
