How to Track Your Evropat Shipment

Three quick steps - free, no login required.

  1. 1

    Find your waybill number

Check the SMS, email, or order page from your seller or courier. Evropat formats accepted here include 10 digits beginning 91, e.g. 9100000000; the lookup also accepts 8 to 14 digits.

  2. 2

    Enter it above

Type or paste the waybill number into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

  3. 3

    Get live shipment status

Track real-time shipment updates, recorded events and delivery estimates supplied by the carrier. Check the event timestamps; results may be cached between updates.

Bulgarian courier network

Evropat Tracking

Evropat, registered as Европът-2000, is a Bulgarian courier carrying parcels and documents between its own offices and to addresses across the country. Its network runs on town offices that act as both counters and depots, linked by scheduled lines, with a courier round at each end. Everything it moves stays inside Bulgaria, so a waybill never crosses a border or passes through customs.

Track91 reads the waybill Evropat publishes for your number and lays its steps out newest first, each with the office it was filed at. Evropat writes its steps in Bulgarian and sends them oldest first with no status codes at all, so Track91 keeps the carrier's own wording and sorts the steps by their Sofia clock before showing them. Evropat official tracking.

Evropat Services

Which service a parcel was booked on shapes the journey you see in the timeline. Availability, parcel sizes and office cut-off times should be confirmed with Evropat or with the sender.

Door-to-door courier delivery

The service most Evropat parcels travel on. A courier collects from the sender's address and another delivers to the recipient's, with the office network and a linehaul in between. The delivery step records who signed for the parcel and the time they did.

Office-to-office collection

A parcel handed in over the counter at one Evropat office and collected from another. These waybills are agreed for the office rather than put on a courier round, so the timeline ends at a counter and the parcel waits there until the recipient walks in.

Collection from a shipper's warehouse

Regular senders have consignments prepared and loaded at their own warehouse rather than collected parcel by parcel. The timeline opens with that load instead of a courier collection, and the parcel joins the network at the nearest office afterwards.

Grouped and palletised freight

Larger consignments consolidated at an office before the line out and broken down again at the other end. Those steps appear in the timeline as grouping and palletising, and they name the office they happened at rather than a town the parcel passed through.

Scheduled linehaul between offices

Evropat runs numbered lines between its offices overnight. A parcel is loaded onto a line at one office and unloaded at the next, and both steps name the offices at either end, so the route you see is the real sequence of depots the parcel travelled through.

Returns to the sender

A parcel that could not be delivered or was never collected travels back to the sender, usually on a fresh waybill that Evropat names in the return step. From that point the timeline describes the journey back, so the final delivery reached the sender, not you.

Evropat tracking number format

Evropat answers on one kind of number: the waybill printed on the label and repeated on the sender's dispatch note. An order reference cannot be used in its place.

The ten-digit waybill number

An Evropat waybill is ten digits and normally begins 91, for example 9100000000. Evropat's own tracking page accepts anything from eight to fourteen digits, because older and client-issued waybills fall outside that shape, and Track91 accepts the same range.

Nothing in the number itself names Evropat. A plain ten-digit number is also the shape DHL Express and several other carriers print, and some Evropat waybills even satisfy the DHL Express check digit. For that reason Track91 never guesses Evropat from the number alone — pick the carrier yourself if you know the parcel was sent with Evropat.

Expected delivery timelines

Within Bulgaria

A parcel collected during the day is normally taken into the sending office the same evening, carried overnight on a line and delivered the next working day. Longer cross-country routes that pass through more than one office can take a day more.

Waiting at an office

A parcel agreed for office collection waits at the counter for a limited number of days before it is returned to the sender. Being agreed for the office is not a delivery: a separate step is filed once somebody actually collects the parcel.

After a failed attempt

When nobody is at the address or the recipient cannot be reached, the parcel goes back to the delivering office and a second round is usually arranged for the next working day. Evropat files that arrangement as its own step, with the agreed time where it has one.

No estimated date

Evropat's tracking service publishes the steps a waybill has already been through and nothing about the future, so there is no estimated delivery date, no weight and no sender or recipient detail to show. Track91 shows only what the carrier actually files.

Evropat tracking status glossary

Evropat names every step in Bulgarian and sends no status code at all, so the wording is the whole of the information. Track91 keeps each name exactly as the carrier filed it.

Създадена
Created. The sender filed the waybill and Evropat has its data, but nobody has handed the parcel over yet. Nothing moves until a collection or an office intake follows.
Разпечатана
The label was printed. A waybill printed more than once shows this step once per print, so seeing it repeated is normal. It is bookkeeping rather than movement, and Track91 never lets it stand as the parcel's current status.
Приета от куриер
A courier collected the parcel from the sender. The step names the courier by number and by name; Track91 keeps the number as an internal reference and drops the personal name.
Приета в офис
Taken into an office's depot, either after a courier collection or over the counter. This is where Evropat first physically holds the parcel, and the step names the office.
Натоварена от офис / Разтоварена в офис
Loaded onto a line leaving one office, and unloaded from it at the next. The information on each step names both ends of the leg, so these two are what the shipment's route is built from — a departure and an arrival rather than one vague transit update.
Групирана / Палетизирана
Consolidated with other parcels at the office named in the step, ahead of the line out. Nothing has left yet; the parcel is being made ready to travel.
Разгрупирана / Разпалетизирана
Broken out of its group or pallet at the office named in the step. This normally happens at the delivering office, so it is the clearest sign that the parcel has reached the town it is bound for and is being prepared for the round.
В куриер за разнос
With a courier for the delivery round. Expect a delivery, a failed attempt or an office arrangement before the day ends. The step names the courier by number.
Разнесена
Delivered. The step carries the date and time of the handover, the name of whoever signed and sometimes a courier's note. Track91 records the signature but masks the name, since that is a private detail rather than something to republish.
Отсъствие или не вдига телефона
A failed attempt: nobody was at the address, or the recipient could not be reached by phone. The note on the step says which, and Track91 keeps the two apart rather than filing both as one generic failure.
Грешен адрес или телефон
The address or the phone number on the waybill was wrong, so the round could not be completed. The sender usually has to correct the details with Evropat before another attempt is made.
Уговорена за втори опит за разнос
A second delivery attempt has been arranged, usually for the next working day and often with an agreed time in the note. The parcel is back at the delivering office until then.
Уточнена за офис
Agreed for collection at the office instead of a door delivery. The parcel waits at the counter, and that is not the same as a delivery — a separate step is filed when somebody collects it.
Върната на подател
Returned to the sender, normally on a fresh waybill that the step names. From this point the journey described is the sender's, so any later arrival or delivery is a return leg rather than progress towards you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Evropat tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track an Evropat shipment?

Enter the Evropat waybill number from your receipt, the sender's dispatch note or your order confirmation into the tracking field on Track91. The newest scan appears first, with the dated history below it and the office each step was filed at. No account, login or registration is needed to see it.

What is the Evropat tracking number format?

An Evropat waybill is ten digits and normally begins with 91, for example 9100000000. The carrier's own tracking page accepts anything from eight to fourteen digits, because older and client-issued waybills fall outside that shape. Copy every digit from the label, including any leading zeros.

How long does Evropat take to deliver a parcel?

A parcel moving between Evropat offices inside Bulgaria usually arrives in one to two working days, passing through the sending office, a linehaul to the receiving office, and a courier round. Evropat does not publish an estimated delivery date through its tracking service, so Track91 cannot show one for your waybill.

Why is my Evropat tracking not updating?

Each update depends on a new scan being filed against the waybill. A sender can create and print a label days before handing the parcel over, and nothing moves until a courier collection or office intake follows. Compare the last scan time with the day the sender dispatched the parcel before raising an enquiry.

What does the status Разнесена mean on Evropat tracking?

Разнесена is Evropat's word for delivered. The step carries the date, the time and the name of whoever signed for the parcel, and sometimes a short note from the courier. Track91 keeps the Bulgarian wording as the carrier filed it and masks the signatory's name, since that is a private detail.

What does В куриер за разнос mean?

It means the parcel is with a courier for the delivery round that day. Expect either a delivery, a failed attempt or an arrangement to collect from the office before the day ends. The step names the courier by number; Track91 keeps the number and drops the courier's personal name.

Can I track an Evropat parcel without a tracking number?

Not on Track91. The lookup needs the waybill number, because that is the only identifier Evropat's tracking service resolves. Check your receipt, the sender's dispatch email or your order history. A recipient name, a phone number or a postcode cannot be used in place of the waybill number.

What does Отсъствие или не вдига телефона mean?

The courier reached the address but nobody was there, or the recipient could not be contacted by phone. Evropat files a short note with the reason. The parcel normally goes back to the delivering office and is attempted again, or is held at the counter for you to collect.

What should I do if my Evropat parcel is delayed or missing?

Contact Evropat directly through its official channels, or ask the sender to open an enquiry using the waybill number. Have the last scan, its time and the office it names ready. The sender holds the shipping contract, so a claim for a lost or damaged parcel usually has to come from them.

Why does my Evropat shipment show Разпечатана more than once?

Разпечатана means the label was printed, and the waybill records it once for every print. A reprint is bookkeeping rather than movement, so Track91 shows those steps in the history but never lets one become the shipment's current status ahead of a scan that says where the parcel actually is.

Is Track91 affiliated with Evropat?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Evropat, Европът-2000 or any Bulgarian courier or postal operator. It shows the shipment information Evropat publishes for a waybill number, for convenience. Redirections, office collections, delivery arrangements and claims must be handled by Evropat or by the sender.
