Meesho orders are delivered via different logistics channels. Your tracking ID will correspond to the specific carrier assigned to your parcel:
Usually starts with "VL" or "VLR" followed by 12 or 13 digits. E.g., VL0084633734638
Usually starts with "SF" or "R" followed by alphanumeric characters. E.g., SF3487236798SIN
Our platform automatically identifies the assigned courier (Valmo or Shadowfax) from your tracking ID, fetching direct live tracking data without manual selection.
Meesho Help & FAQ
You can easily track your Meesho order by entering your tracking number (AWB) in the search box above. The system will automatically detect the sub-courier and retrieve live updates.
Meesho primarily partners with Valmo (its in-house logistics brand) and Shadowfax for fulfilling its deliveries. Other regional couriers might also be assigned depending on location.
Go to the 'My Orders' section on the Meesho app, select your order, and look under the 'Show Details' tab for the tracking link or AWB number. Meesho also shares these details via SMS.
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier once the order is shipped. If the status is stuck for several days, please reach out to Meesho customer support.
