İade Edildi marks a return to the seller. HepsiJET partially masks recipient names in its own feed, and Track91 keeps personal details hidden unless the carrier publishes them openly.
Use the İletişim and Öneri ve Şikayet pages on the HepsiJET website to reach customer service, and quote the shipment number, the delivery branch named in the newest scan and the date it was recorded. For a marketplace order, the seller can often resolve an address correction or a reshipment faster than the carrier, because they own the consignment.
