About Danniao

Danniao is a Chinese e-commerce logistics brand whose parcels move on the STO Express network, and its public tracker reads that network's own scan trail. A lookup returns the waybill with its overall logistics status, the carrier code handling it, and a dated list of every transfer centre and branch depot the parcel passed, written in the carrier's own Chinese wording. Track91 keeps that wording intact while mapping each scan onto a precise stage, and strips the courier mobile numbers the feed embeds in its text.

Danniao services

Domestic parcel delivery

The core traffic is domestic Chinese e-commerce, collected from a seller and routed through the STO network to the recipient. Most parcels complete in a few days, and the timeline shows the pattern clearly: collection, one or more transfer centres, arrival at the local branch, then the delivery round.

Transfer centre network

Provincial transfer centres consolidate volume between cities, and each one records both an arrival and a departure naming the facility the parcel is heading to next. Those paired entries are what make the route readable, because the departure tells you the destination before the parcel gets there.

Branch depot delivery

The final leg runs from a neighbourhood branch depot, named in the scan text. Arrival there means the parcel is in the delivery area but not yet out with a courier. A later entry records the courier beginning the round, and a signed entry confirms the handover and how it was made.

Pickup point collection

Some parcels are routed to a staffed collection point rather than delivered to the door. The network records the parcel arriving there as a distinct stage, with the collection by the recipient logged separately afterwards. The two should not be read as one: a parcel waiting at a point has not yet been received.

Finding your Danniao waybill number

Danniao waybills are exactly fifteen digits, for example 123456789012345, a generic illustration rather than a real parcel. The number is printed on the shipping label and repeated in the seller's dispatch notification. Enter it without spaces and keep every leading zero. A marketplace order number is a separate identifier belonging to the shop rather than to the carrier, and will not return a history here.

Expected delivery times

Two to four days is typical within mainland China. The number of transfer centres on the route matters more than the distance, since each one adds a sort. A parcel moving within a province can clear overnight, while one crossing the country passes through several provincial hubs. The quiet stretches in a timeline are the road legs between those hubs, where no scan is produced until the parcel is next handled.

Reading Danniao statuses and privacy

Every scan carries a stable action code alongside the Chinese sentence, and Track91 reads the code first because the wording changes while the code does not. Collection, transfer-centre arrivals and departures, branch arrival, the delivery round and the signed handover each map to their own stage. The carrier's own text includes the delivery courier's name and eleven-digit mobile number in brackets; Track91 removes the number before storing the event, because a rider's personal line is not ours to republish, while leaving the rest of the sentence readable.

Getting help with a Danniao parcel

The seller who shipped the order is usually the fastest route to a resolution, because they hold the booking and can raise it with the carrier. The scan text also publishes the network's own customer service line for delivery questions. Quote the waybill number and the branch named in the newest entry. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect a parcel, arrange redelivery or settle a claim.

Understanding these updates

Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of Danniao. Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Danniao tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a Danniao parcel?

Select Danniao on Track91 and enter the fifteen-digit waybill number from the sender. The timeline lists each sorting centre and branch depot the parcel passed, in the carrier's own Chinese wording, ending with the signed delivery entry.

What format does a Danniao waybill use?

Danniao waybills are exactly fifteen digits, for example 123456789012345. Copy the number without spaces and keep every leading zero. A marketplace order number is a different reference and will not return a tracking history.

How long does Danniao delivery take?

Domestic Chinese parcels normally complete within two to four days. A parcel crossing provinces passes through additional transfer centres, each adding a handling step. The branch depot named in the newest scan shows how close the parcel is to the delivery address.

Why is my Danniao tracking not updating?

Scans are written when a parcel is handled, so nothing appears while it travels between a transfer centre and a branch. A quiet period of a day is normal. Contact the sender if the expected window has passed without a new entry.

Does Danniao show the courier phone number?

The carrier embeds the delivery courier's name and mobile number in its scan text. Track91 removes the mobile number before storing the event, because it is the rider's personal contact detail rather than information we are licensed to republish.

Can I track Danniao without the waybill number?

No. A fifteen-digit waybill is required. It appears on the shipping label and in the dispatch message from the sender. Track91 cannot search by recipient name, address or telephone number, so ask the sender for the reference.

What does a signed delivery entry mean on Danniao?

It records the parcel being handed over and states how, for example delivered to the door or signed for at the address. Earlier entries describe the courier being out on the round. Only the signed entry confirms the handover is complete.

Is Track91 affiliated with Danniao?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. Danniao and the network carrying the parcel remain responsible for handling and customer enquiries. Contact the carrier or the sender about redelivery, address changes and claims.
