Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common queries about
Eshopbox tracking, delays, and deliveries.
How do I track my Eshopbox shipment?
Enter your Eshopbox tracking ID in the search box at the top of this page and select Track. You do not need an account or a login. Track91 fetches the current status, the full scan history and the expected delivery date, and shows which delivery partner is physically carrying the parcel.
What does an Eshopbox tracking ID look like?
Eshopbox issues IDs beginning with EB followed by letters and digits, such as EB4D43F08B88RF. Many shipments instead carry the AWB number of the delivery partner, which is usually 9 to 16 digits, for example 1234567890123. Both work here.
Where do I find my Eshopbox tracking ID?
Eshopbox ships on behalf of online brands rather than selling to customers directly, so the tracking ID reaches you in the dispatch email or SMS the store sends you. It also appears on the order page of the website you bought from.
How long does an Eshopbox delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within one to seven days of dispatch. Metro to metro routes on a priority service are often next day, while longer intercity routes take three to five days. The expected delivery date shown on your tracking page is the one the carrier is currently working to.
Why does my Eshopbox shipment show a different courier name?
Eshopbox is a fulfilment and shipping platform, not a fleet. It picks a delivery partner such as Delhivery, ElasticRun or Ekart for each shipment, so the scans you see come from that carrier. Track91 names the partner on the timeline so you know who is holding the parcel.
What does "shipment received at facility" mean?
The parcel has been scanned in at one of the carrier network buildings on its route, such as an origin centre, a gateway or a delivery centre. It is a normal progress scan. The parcel will be sorted, bagged and loaded onto the next vehicle heading toward your city.
My Eshopbox tracking has not updated in a few days. What should I do?
Scans usually appear when a parcel is handled, so gaps of a day or two during a long trunk run are normal. Weekends, public holidays and weather disruptions add delay. If nothing has changed for more than four working days, contact the store you ordered from, since they hold the account with Eshopbox.
What happens if my Eshopbox delivery attempt fails?
A failed attempt is recorded with a reason, such as the customer not being available. The carrier normally tries again on the next delivery round. You can usually ask for another attempt or give new instructions through the store, and that request appears on the timeline as an NDR resolution.
Can I track an Eshopbox return or exchange?
Yes. Reverse shipments are tracked with the same tracking ID and show the return journey from your address back to the seller. The status wording mirrors a forward delivery, so a pickup means the parcel has left you and a delivery means it has reached the seller.
Is Track91 affiliated with Eshopbox?
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracking service and has no affiliation with Eshopbox. We show status information for your convenience. For refunds, order changes or delivery complaints, contact the store you ordered from or Eshopbox directly.
