Domestic express parcels
The core offering is door-to-door express delivery inside one country. A parcel is received at a drop point, sorted at one or more transit centres and handed to a delivery branch for the final run.

Check the SMS, email, or order page from your seller or courier. J&T Express formats accepted here include 2 letters and 10 digits, e.g. JX1234567890; the network also issues 12 bare digits and JT followed by 13 digits, e.g. JT1234567890123.
Type or paste the waybill number into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.
Track real-time shipment updates, recorded events and delivery estimates supplied by the carrier. Check the event timestamps; results may be cached between updates.
J&T Express is an express delivery operator that began in Indonesia in 2015 and now runs separate national networks across Southeast Asia and beyond. Its Indonesian network moves marketplace and social-commerce parcels through a chain of drop points, transit centres and delivery branches, and it is that network's own scan feed that this page reads.
Enter the waybill number printed on the label or shown in your marketplace order to follow the published journey of the parcel. Each line records a scan that has already been filed by a facility, with its time and the town the facility sits in, so the history shows how far the shipment has actually progressed.
Service names and availability differ between the countries J&T operates in, so confirm with the sender which product was booked. The kind of service explains the shape of the journey you see in the scans.
The core offering is door-to-door express delivery inside one country. A parcel is received at a drop point, sorted at one or more transit centres and handed to a delivery branch for the final run.
Senders can hand a parcel in at a drop point or counter instead of booking a collection. That hand-in is itself the first scan on the history, filed before the courier's own pick-up scan.
A large share of volume arrives through online marketplaces and social commerce. The waybill is issued when the seller books the shipment, so a number can exist before the parcel is collected.
Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore each run their own J&T network with its own waybill series, so a number issued in one country is not held by another.
Regional transit centres and gateways consolidate parcels between cities. Arrival and departure scans at these facilities are what build the route shown under the timeline.
Heavier freight is handled by a separate J&T Cargo business with its own references and its own tracking, so a cargo consignment note is not read by this parcel lookup.
The waybill number is the only identifier this lookup accepts. Copy it exactly, including leading zeros.
JX1234567890
The common Indonesian form, twelve characters in total. Prefixes seen in use include JD, JO, JP, JX and JY. Numbers in this shape are the ones whose absence the Indonesian network can confirm.
JT1234567890123 · 123456789012
JT followed by thirteen digits is common on Philippine parcels, and twelve bare digits also appear. Both shapes are shared with other networks, so a lookup may report that this network does not hold the number.
A parcel collected and delivered inside the same metropolitan area commonly clears the chain in one or two days, passing a single transit centre before reaching the delivery branch.
Longer domestic lanes add gateway handling and line-haul time, so several days between scans is normal. Confirm the service and the estimate with the sender rather than reading one from a scan.
Used twice: once when the sender hands the parcel in at a drop point or warehouse, and again for the courier's own pick-up scan. Both lines mark the start of the journey rather than a transfer.
Covers both an arrival at a facility and a departure towards the next one. A departure line names the destination facility, so the town shown is where the parcel is going, not where it is.
The parcel is out with a courier for the delivery round. A second On Delivery line after a hold means the round was repeated on a later day.
A problem shipment. The line usually names the reason in Indonesian, such as an unanswered phone, a missorted parcel, a requested reschedule or an item the network will not carry.
The delivery branch filed the parcel as signed for. The signer's name is published by the carrier and is shown here only in masked form, since it identifies a private person.
J&T retires old histories, so a waybill from months ago can answer like an unknown one. A very new waybill may also have no scan until the parcel is physically handed in.
Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of J&T Express. Enter the waybill number from your J&T Express receipt or marketplace order into the tracking field on this page. Track91 reads the carrier network directly and lists every published scan with its time and the town it was made in, newest first, so you can see where the parcel has reached.
Most waybills are two letters and ten digits, for example JX1234567890, with JD, JO, JP, JX and JY among the prefixes in use. The network also issues twelve bare digits and numbers such as JT1234567890123. Copy the identifier exactly, keeping leading zeros, and do not substitute a marketplace order number.
A domestic parcel normally moves between a drop point, one or more transit centres and the delivery branch within a few days, and distance plus the service booked decide the rest. Ask the sender which service was paid for; a tracking timestamp reports a scan that already happened and does not guarantee the remaining journey.
A waybill can be issued hours before the parcel is handed in, and the next update only appears when a facility scans it again. Movement between a transit centre and a branch can take a day without a new public scan. Compare the newest scan with the service estimate from the sender before raising a complaint.
On Shipping covers both halves of a transfer: a parcel arriving at a transit centre or drop point, and one departing towards the next facility. A departure line names where the parcel is heading, not where it is now. Read the town on the following arrival scan to see where it actually got to.
On Hold means the branch filed the parcel as a problem shipment and the line usually names the reason in Indonesian, such as a phone that was not answered or a missorted parcel. The parcel normally rejoins the network after the branch resolves the reason, and a later arrival or delivery scan confirms that.
No. This lookup needs the waybill number itself. Check the dispatch message, the shipping label or your marketplace order page, and ask the seller for it if it is missing. A recipient name, a phone number or a street address cannot be used to find a shipment here.
Note the newest scan, its time and the branch town, then contact J&T Express through its official support channel for the country of delivery, or ask the sender to open the enquiry. The carrier can see internal notes that are not published on a public tracking page.
The carrier network publishes a courier or signer name on the out-for-delivery and delivered scans. Track91 shows those details only in a masked form, because they identify a private person. The scan time, the branch and the town are shown in full.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with J&T Express. It displays shipment information published by the carrier for convenience. Claims, redelivery arrangements, refunds and delivery instructions must be handled by J&T Express or by the sender responsible for the booking.
