Allcargo Global operates across ocean consolidation, contract logistics, and express distribution.

Full container load moves and specialised handling for oversized, heavy-lift, and out-of-gauge project cargo.
Import and export customs brokerage at origin and destination, handled alongside the freight so the cargo keeps moving after discharge.
Warehousing, inland transport, and distribution at both ends of the ocean leg, including deconsolidation at the destination warehouse.
Allcargo issues a house bill of lading reference built from the origin port code, the destination,
and a serial number. In SZPTOR12345,
SZP is Shenzhen, TOR is Toronto, and 04907 is the shipment serial. Your freight forwarder prints it on
the bill of lading and the booking confirmation.

Ocean freight is measured in weeks, not days. Typical door-to-door time is made up of four stages.
3-10 days from cargo receipt at the origin warehouse until the container is loaded and delivered to the port.
20-45 days port to port on most trade lanes; intra-Asia routes can be under 10 days, while transhipment adds a week or more.
2-7 days at the destination for import clearance, longer if documentation or inspection issues arise.
1-5 days for deconsolidation at the destination warehouse and inland transport to the place of delivery.
What each milestone on your tracking timeline means.
The booking has been received and registered at the origin office, and a bill of lading reference has been issued. Nothing has physically moved yet.
Your cargo has physically arrived at the origin consolidation warehouse and been signed for. It now waits to be loaded into a shared container.
The planned sailing date for the vessel carrying your container. This is an estimate, not a completed event, and it can move if the vessel schedule changes.
The container is aboard and the vessel has left the port of loading. Expect a long quiet period until the arrival milestones at the discharge port.
The container has been unloaded from the vessel at the port of discharge and, once devanned, your cargo has been separated from the other shipments it shared the container with.
Customs clearance is complete and the cargo is either ready for collection at the destination warehouse or has been delivered to the final place of delivery.

Enter your bill of lading reference in the Track91 search box above. We query the ECU360 track and trace system directly and show every port milestone, the vessel and voyage, and the estimated arrival date.
Allcargo issues a house bill of lading reference that begins with the origin port code followed by the destination and a serial, for example SZPTOR12345 for a Shenzhen to Toronto shipment. You will find it on the bill of lading your freight forwarder sent you.
ECU Worldwide is Allcargo Global's less than container load consolidation arm and runs the ECU360 platform. Shipments booked with Allcargo Global are tracked through that same system, so both names refer to the same shipment.
Ocean freight transit typically runs 20 to 45 days port to port depending on the trade lane, plus time for consolidation at origin and customs clearance and devanning at destination. Your estimated arrival date is shown with the tracking result.
Your cargo has arrived at the origin consolidation warehouse and been checked in. It will then be loaded into a shared container with other shipments before the container is delivered to the port for loading onto the vessel.
Events marked as estimated, such as the expected time of departure or arrival, are the carrier's projections rather than something that has happened. Track91 shows them on the timeline but never treats them as the current status.
Ocean milestones update far less often than parcel scans. Once a vessel sails there may be no new event for two to three weeks until it reaches the discharge port, which is normal for sea freight rather than a sign of a problem.
Track91 needs the bill of lading reference. If you do not have it, ask the freight forwarder or shipper who made the booking, as it is issued to them and printed on the bill of lading document.
LCL stands for less than container load. Your cargo shares a container with other shipments rather than filling one on its own, which is cheaper for smaller volumes but adds consolidation time at origin and deconsolidation at destination.
The port of discharge is where the container is unloaded from the vessel. The place of delivery is the final inland destination where the cargo is handed over, which may be the same city or further inland.
