About SPX Express (Taiwan)

SPX Express is Shopee's own logistics arm, and spx.tw is the Taiwanese network inside it. It moves marketplace parcels from seller drop-off points through sorting centres to home addresses and to the convenience-store collection points that Taiwanese buyers commonly choose at checkout. Unlike the other SPX markets, Taiwan answers from a fleet-order tracking endpoint whose every lookup is signed, and it labels each stage with a single status code. Track91 reads those codes directly, so collection-point arrivals, buyer pickups and returns to the seller stay distinct.

SPX Express Taiwan services

Seller drop-off and collection

A Taiwanese SPX shipment usually begins with the seller handing the parcel to a drop-off point, which the feed records as received at a DOP. Until that event exists the order has been created but the parcel is not yet in the network, which is why a freshly issued reference can show only a creation entry for a day or two after checkout.

Sorting centre network

Parcels are consolidated at sorting centres, recorded in the feed as SOC events, before being routed toward the destination area. These are the legs that move a parcel across Taiwan, and they usually account for the gap between the drop-off scan and the first sign of local activity. A sorting-centre event places the parcel in the network, not in the delivery town.

Store collection points

Many Taiwanese buyers choose collection at a nearby store rather than home delivery. The feed then names the specific branch in brackets when the parcel becomes ready for collection. The holding period is limited: an uncollected parcel is packed and sent back. The pickup code issued by Shopee, not the tracking number, is what the store needs.

Returns to the seller

When collection fails or a buyer returns an item, SPX reuses the same status vocabulary with a return prefix and moves the parcel back through a transfer order to a sorting centre. Track91 keeps those events in the return branch of the timeline, so a parcel collected on its way back to the seller is never presented as a successful delivery to the buyer.

Finding your SPX Taiwan tracking number

Shopee publishes the SPX tracking number on the order detail page once the parcel enters the network, and sellers repeat it in their dispatch message. Taiwanese references begin with TW or SPXTW and carry ten to fourteen digits, sometimes with a trailing letter, for example TW123456789012A. That is a generic illustration rather than a real parcel. Transfer orders beginning with SPTO also appear inside the event text when a parcel is consolidated for a return leg. Enter the reference exactly as published, with no spaces, because a truncated SPX reference can match a different consignment rather than failing outright.

Expected delivery times

Once a parcel has been collected from the seller, SPX normally completes a Taiwanese delivery in one to three working days. The part of the journey buyers most often misread is the end of it: a parcel sitting at a collection store is already delivered as far as the network is concerned, and the remaining days are the holding window rather than transit time. Shopee's own estimated arrival date covers the seller's preparation period as well as the carrier's, so the two dates rarely match exactly.

Reading SPX Taiwan statuses

Created marks the order being registered. A DOP event records the drop-off point accepting the parcel, and a SOC event records a sorting centre. Ready for collection means the parcel has reached the store and awaits pickup, while collected confirms the buyer took it. Statuses carrying a return prefix describe the journey back to the seller: packing at the store, a transfer order being built, and collection on the return leg. The feed also carries a plain English message alongside each status, which Track91 shows as the event text.

Getting help with an SPX Taiwan parcel

Because almost every SPX Taiwan parcel belongs to a Shopee order, the seller and Shopee support are usually the fastest route to a resolution, and they can see the same carrier events plus the order itself. Quote the SPX tracking number, the collection point named in the newest event and its date. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot extend a store holding period, redirect a parcel or issue a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with SPX Express (Taiwan) tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track an SPX Express Taiwan parcel?

Select SPX Express (Taiwan) on Track91 and enter the SPX tracking number from your Shopee order or the seller dispatch message. The timeline shows each recorded stage with its date. Compare the collection point named in the newest event with the one you chose at checkout.

What format does an SPX Taiwan tracking number use?

Taiwanese SPX references start with TW or SPXTW and continue with ten to fourteen digits, sometimes ending in a letter, for example TW123456789012A. Transfer orders beginning with SPTO also appear inside the timeline. Copy the reference exactly, with no spaces and every leading zero kept.

How long does SPX Express Taiwan delivery take?

Domestic Taiwanese parcels normally complete in one to three working days once collected. A parcel routed to a convenience-store collection point may wait there for several days while the buyer picks it up, which extends the visible timeline without the shipment being delayed.

Why is my SPX Taiwan tracking not updating?

Events are written at handover points, so nothing new appears while a parcel sits in a sorting centre or waits at a collection store. A quiet period of a day is normal. Contact the Shopee seller if the order has shown the same status well beyond the promised window.

What does "Parcel has arrived the buyer collection point" mean?

It means the parcel reached the store you chose and is ready for collection. It is not a delivery to your address. Bring the pickup code from Shopee and collect it before the store holding period expires, otherwise the parcel is packed and returned to the seller.

Can I track SPX Express Taiwan without the tracking number?

No. A tracking number is required. Shopee shows it on the order detail page once the parcel is handed to SPX, and the seller can also supply it. Track91 cannot search by buyer name, address or telephone number, so ask the seller if you cannot find the reference.

What happens when an SPX Taiwan parcel is returned?

An uncollected parcel is packed at the store and moved back through a sorting centre to the seller, and the timeline switches to return events. The refund or a replacement shipment is handled by the Shopee seller rather than by SPX, so raise those through the marketplace.

Is Track91 affiliated with SPX Express Taiwan?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service that displays published shipment events. SPX Express and Shopee remain responsible for handling and customer enquiries. Contact SPX or the seller about address changes, collection deadlines, claims and proof of delivery.
