  2. 2

    Enter it above

Type or paste the track code into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

  3. 3

    Get live shipment status

Track real-time shipment updates, recorded events and delivery estimates supplied by the carrier. Check the event timestamps; results may be cached between updates.

About DobroPost

DobroPost is a cross-border forwarder moving consolidated e-commerce parcels from China into Russia. It receives goods into its own warehouse in China, weighs and registers them, arranges export and the surface crossing, handles clearance on arrival, and then passes each parcel to a Russian operator for delivery. A lookup returns the dispatch and destination countries, an estimated arrival date and a dated checkpoint list that runs from warehouse registration through to the recipient signing for the parcel.

DobroPost services

Warehouse consolidation in China

Goods bought from Chinese sellers are received into a DobroPost warehouse, assembled into a single consignment and weighed. The timeline publishes assembly, weighing and the wait for payment as separate checkpoints, so it is clear whether a parcel is still being prepared or is genuinely ready to leave the country.

Export and the crossing

Once a consignment is added to a shipping registry it clears Chinese customs and begins the surface journey. This leg is published as one long-running checkpoint that states plainly it will take around a fortnight and that no further updates are expected until arrival, which is the single most useful thing to read on a stalled parcel.

Russian customs clearance

Arrival at destination customs, the start of clearance and the release of the goods are each published separately. Most parcels on this lane clear without duty being charged, and the release checkpoint says so explicitly. A pause here is the clearance process working rather than the parcel being held against the recipient.

Russian last-mile delivery

After release the parcel is handed to a Russian operator, and the remaining checkpoints are that operator's own, relayed in Russian. They name real sorting centres and delivery offices and follow the familiar acceptance, sorting, arrival and handover sequence of the Russian postal network.

Finding your DobroPost track code

DobroPost track codes begin with DBRPST and continue with ten digits, for example DBRPST1234567890, which is a generic illustration rather than a real parcel. The code is issued when the consignment is registered in the Chinese warehouse and is shown in the DobroPost account that booked it. It is not the marketplace order number, and it is not the Russian postal barcode that appears on the parcel for the final leg; each of those belongs to a different system.

Expected transit times

Three to six weeks is the usual range, and the time is distributed very unevenly. Warehouse handling and the wait for a departing consignment often account for the first week or two, the crossing itself for around a fortnight, clearance for a few unpredictable days, and the Russian postal leg for the last three to seven. DobroPost also publishes an estimated arrival date in the parcel header, which Track91 shows alongside the timeline. Every checkpoint carries an explicit Moscow offset, so the times shown are the carrier's own rather than a guess.

Reading DobroPost statuses

DobroPost's own checkpoints carry a machine status name in English as well as a Russian sentence, and Track91 shows the English one as the event with the Russian kept as a remark. The relayed postal checkpoints publish no English at all, so the Russian text is shown directly and mapped by its wording. Assembly, weighing and payment belong to the warehouse stage. Registry entry, departure and Chinese customs cover the export. Destination customs arrival and release cover the border. Everything after that belongs to the Russian operator.

Getting help with a DobroPost parcel

DobroPost contracts with the buyer or forwarder who registered the consignment, so that account is the right first contact while the parcel is still in China or at the border. Once the Russian operator has it, that operator's own customer service can act on a delivery problem, and its checkpoints name the office holding the parcel. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect a parcel, release a customs hold or settle a claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with DobroPost tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a DobroPost parcel?

Choose DobroPost on Track91 and enter the track code issued when the parcel was registered. The timeline covers the whole journey, from the Chinese warehouse through export and Russian customs to the scans relayed from the postal operator making the final delivery.

What format does a DobroPost track code use?

Track codes begin with DBRPST and continue with ten digits, for example DBRPST1234567890. Copy the code exactly, with no spaces. It is issued by DobroPost itself and is different from any marketplace order number or the Russian postal barcode used on the final leg.

How long does a DobroPost parcel take?

Three to six weeks is common. Consolidation in China, the road or rail crossing into Russia and customs clearance each take an unpredictable share, and the final postal leg adds several days more once the parcel reaches the delivery region.

Why has my DobroPost tracking not moved for two weeks?

The road leg to Moscow is published as a single checkpoint that explicitly warns new statuses will only appear on arrival. A silent fortnight between leaving China and the first Russian scan is the normal shape of this lane rather than a sign the parcel is lost.

Why are some DobroPost statuses written in Russian?

The later checkpoints are relayed verbatim from the Russian operator carrying out the delivery, and that operator publishes only Russian text. DobroPost's own checkpoints carry an English status name as well, which Track91 shows as the event with the Russian kept alongside it.

Who delivers a DobroPost parcel in Russia?

DobroPost hands the parcel to a Russian last-mile operator after customs release. From that point the checkpoints name that operator's sorting centres and delivery offices, and a delivery problem inside Russia is handled by them rather than by DobroPost.

What does "Awaiting payment" mean on a DobroPost parcel?

It records the consignment being held at the Chinese warehouse until the shipping charge is settled. Nothing moves while that checkpoint is the newest one, and it is cleared by the sender or the forwarder who booked the consolidation, not by the recipient.

Is Track91 affiliated with DobroPost?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. DobroPost and the Russian operator delivering the parcel remain responsible for carriage, customs documentation and customer enquiries. Contact the sender or DobroPost about delivery problems.
