Every ST Courier consignment is assigned an 11-digit numeric AWB (Air Waybill) number, printed on your booking receipt. It looks like:

A typical ST Courier consignment moves through these stages:
Your shipment has been booked at an ST Courier branch and the AWB number is active in the system.
The consignment left the booking branch and is moving between regional sorting hubs (for example Namakkal hub to Chennai hub).
The parcel reached the destination city hub and has been dispatched to the local delivery service center.
A delivery agent has the parcel and it will be delivered to the recipient's address the same day.
The consignment was handed over to the recipient. Proof of delivery may be available on the ST Courier website.
Delivery could not be completed — usually due to an incomplete address, closed premises or unavailable recipient. Contact the destination hub to arrange re-delivery.
