It runs a branch network across Indonesia offering same-day, next-day and regular express parcels alongside land cargo and an international service. PCP also publishes an international service, which adds export formalities in Indonesia and an import stage abroad. A cross-border consignment is usually completed by a partner operator in the destination country, so the domestic tracking record can end before the parcel is finally delivered. Shipment entry records the consignment being registered. Pickup success means a courier has collected it. Arrive at operation and manifesting process cover handling and departure at a branch, and arrival at destination places it in the delivery city. Delivery process means a round is underway, with an assignment entry naming the run just before it. Shipment status delivered closes the record and names the person who accepted it. PCP publishes the courier's name openly on its own page, so Track91 shows it; the receiving person's name is treated as personal data and kept hidden.
