Find the right parcel number

The Belgian tracking page accepts an 8, 10 or 12-digit shipment number without spaces. Check your dispatch email, parcel label or message from the sender. A shop order number may be different from the carrier's shipment number.

Mondial Relay's own tracking form may also ask for the recipient's postcode to show additional shipment information.

What the tracking stages mean

The usual journey to a pickup location takes around three to five days. Individual scans show progress; an estimated date is not a collection confirmation.

  1. 1

    In preparation

The sender has created or is preparing the shipment. Mondial Relay may not have the physical parcel yet.

  2. 2

    Handed to Mondial Relay

The parcel has entered the carrier network, often after collection from a Point Relais.

  3. 3

    In transit

The parcel is being sorted or moved toward its destination area.

  4. 4

    Ready for collection

The parcel has arrived at the selected Point Relais or Locker. Follow the notification for its exact location and collection code.

  5. 5

    Collected or returned

Collection completes the journey. A return or investigation is a different outcome and may require contacting the sender.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about Mondial Relay tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track a Mondial Relay parcel?

Enter the shipment number from your label, email or text message. Track91 requests the public shipment history and shows the stages Mondial Relay has published. The official tracking page can provide further collection instructions when a parcel reaches a Point Relais or Locker.

What does a Mondial Relay shipment number look like?

The Belgian tracking page accepts shipment numbers of 8, 10 or 12 digits, without spaces. A generic example is 1234567890. If your reference has another format, check the tracking link provided by the sender for the correct carrier and reference.

How long does Mondial Relay delivery take?

Mondial Relay says a parcel generally takes three to five days to reach a Point Relais or Locker. Cross-border routes and exceptional handling can take longer. Follow the shipment events for its actual progress rather than treating that range as a guaranteed delivery date.

Why is my Mondial Relay tracking not updating?

Updates appear after Mondial Relay scans or processes the parcel, so a gap between stages does not always mean it has stopped moving. If there has been no update for several days, contact the sender or check the official tracking page.

What does available at the pickup point mean?

It means Mondial Relay has made the parcel available at a Point Relais or Locker. Follow the official collection instructions and bring any code or identification requested in the notification. Availability is different from delivery to the recipient.

How long will Mondial Relay hold my parcel in Belgium?

Current Belgian guidance allows five calendar days to collect from a Point Relais or Locker, including Sundays and public holidays. This period cannot be extended. If the parcel is not collected, Mondial Relay returns it to the sender. Collection periods in other countries can differ.

How do I collect a parcel from a Mondial Relay Locker?

Wait until tracking shows the parcel is available. Mondial Relay sends a collection PIN by email or SMS. Use that PIN at the specified Locker and check its access hours; some Lockers are not accessible overnight.

Do I need the recipient postcode to track a parcel?

Enter the shipment number to start a public lookup on Track91. Mondial Relay’s official Belgian tracking form also asks for the recipient postcode, which may be needed to view further details or manage collection.

Can I track Mondial Relay without a shipment number?

Track91 needs the shipment number to look up a parcel. Ask the sender for the number or check the dispatch email or text message. A recipient name alone cannot identify a parcel through this public tracking lookup.

What should I do if my Mondial Relay parcel is delayed or being investigated?

Read the latest event and any message on the official tracking page. If an investigation or return is shown, contact the seller or sender with the shipment number. Track91 displays published updates but cannot change a route or resolve a claim.

Is Track91 affiliated with Mondial Relay?

No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracker and is not affiliated with Mondial Relay. Shipment transport, pickup instructions, delivery changes and customer support remain with Mondial Relay and the sender.
