Ukrposhta files a numeric event code with every scan and shows its wording in the language you asked
for. A few of them read differently from what they mean.
- Created online. Waiting acceptance
-
The sender filled in the item's details on Ukrposhta's site but has not handed it over yet.
Nothing is moving until an acceptance scan follows at a branch counter.
- Registered
-
Ukrposhta has taken the item over the counter and it is now in the network. This is the
posting itself, and the branch named on the scan is where the journey starts.
- Arrived to / Departed from the Logistics Center
-
A regional sorting stop. A parcel usually passes two or three of these, and Track91 keeps the
distinction from a branch scan because it is what the shipment's route is built from.
- Arrived to the Branch
-
The item has reached the post office it is addressed to and is waiting at the counter. It is
ready for collection, not delivered — the handover is a separate scan.
- Delivered to Recipient
-
The item was handed over, normally at the branch counter. Where it was handed over matters: a
counter collection and a doorstep delivery are recorded differently.
- Item out for physical delivery
-
The item is on a delivery round to the address today. Expect either a delivery or a failed
attempt before the day ends. Items destined for counter collection never get this scan.
- Arrival at outward / inward office of exchange
-
The border crossing, shown in the history as TERMINAL. The outward office is the one on the
sending side; the inward office is the one in the receiving country.
- Item presented to customs / Released from customs
-
Customs is examining the item, or has finished with it. Nothing moves between the two scans,
and any duty has to be settled with Ukrposhta or customs directly.
- Held at inward office of exchange
-
The receiving post is holding the item at its border facility, for a reason the scan does not
give. It is an exception rather than an ordinary transit step, so the timeline marks it.
- Returned to Sender
-
The decision to send the item back, with the reason in brackets. Every scan after it,
including the final delivery, belongs to the journey to the sender rather than to you.
