Follow your Evri parcel from the sender's first notification through hub processing, local courier delivery and the final scan. Evri offers UK parcel delivery, retailer returns and international shipping.
Standard and Next Day services offer different delivery aims. The service selected by the sender determines the parcel’s delivery plan.
Evri offers a network of drop-off locations for sending and returning parcels. Available options depend on the parcel and booked service.
Return parcels travel back to the retailer. Keep the return reference so you can follow collection and subsequent processing.
Evri also offers international shipping. Availability and delivery times depend on the destination and the selected service.
Use the complete 16-character parcel barcode, for example H00AAA1234567890. Letters are part of the number. Find it in the retailer's dispatch email or parcel receipt; a shop order reference is not necessarily the parcel barcode.
Delivery timing depends on the booked Standard or Next Day service. When Evri supplies a courier time window, it reflects the current delivery plan. Rescheduling can change that window. Only a delivery confirmation means the parcel has been delivered.

Answers to the most common queries about Evri tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email or retailer order page into Track91. We retrieve the available Evri parcel history and latest status. For delivery preferences or further private delivery details, use the official Evri tracking page.
Evri gives each parcel a 16-character tracking code. It can contain letters and numbers, so copy the complete barcode reference rather than just the digits. A generic example is H00AAA1234567890. Your shop order number may be different from this reference.
The delivery aim depends on the service booked by the sender, such as Standard or Next Day. Check your retailer dispatch confirmation and the current Evri tracking estimate. Delivery windows may change, and an estimate is not confirmation that a parcel has arrived.
Tracking changes when Evri records another update. A quiet period can occur while the parcel travels between facilities or awaits its next scan. Check the latest event date and contact the sender or Evri if the expected delivery date has passed.
This means Evri has received parcel information but is still expecting the parcel to arrive in its network. It does not confirm a physical collection or delivery. The next update will usually reflect receipt or processing after Evri scans the parcel.
Track91 needs the parcel tracking number to retrieve its history. Look in your dispatch email, retailer account or shipping receipt, or ask the sender for the barcode reference. A recipient name or delivery address cannot replace the tracking number here.
Read the latest tracking message for an attempted delivery, rescheduled window or other explanation. Check the official Evri page for the options available to your parcel. If you bought from a retailer, contact that retailer when the parcel remains delayed.
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracker and is not affiliated with Evri. It displays available tracking information but cannot change delivery instructions, arrange a redelivery, investigate a missing parcel or process compensation claims on behalf of the carrier.
