Foxpost gives each scan a short Hungarian heading and a full sentence. The headings group several
statuses together, so Track91 reads the sentence to decide where a parcel actually stands.
- Csomagod elkészült — parcel created
-
The sender has registered the parcel in Foxpost's system but has not handed it over yet.
Nothing moves until a drop-off or a partner handover scan follows, which can be days later.
- Automatában — in a locker
-
This heading covers two very different things: a parcel the sender has just dropped into a
locker, and one waiting in the locker you chose. The sentence underneath tells them apart,
and only the second means the parcel is ready for you to collect.
- Úton — on its way
-
A transit step. It covers the courier emptying the sending locker, the run to the destination
machine and the home-delivery partner's legs, so the sentence names which of those it is.
- Raktárban — in the warehouse
-
The parcel is at Foxpost's sorting warehouse. The same heading is used on the way out and on
the way back, so a warehouse scan after a return has started belongs to the journey to the
sender, not to yours.
- Most már átveheted — ready to collect
-
The parcel has arrived in the locker you chose and is waiting there, with the door code sent
separately. This is not a delivery, and Track91 records it as a pickup-available status at
that named locker.
- Átvéve — collected
-
The compartment was opened and the parcel taken out. Foxpost writes the same sentence for the
recipient and for the sender, so a collection filed after a return started means the parcel
reached the sender instead.
- Locker full or out of order
-
Foxpost has three answers to a machine it cannot use: hold the parcel until a compartment
frees up, send it to a different locker, or have a member of staff hand it over in person.
Each is its own scan, so the timeline says which one happened.
- Home delivery not accepted
-
The partner courier reached the address but the parcel was not taken, and Foxpost adds the
reason after the sentence. The parcel usually goes back to the warehouse before another
attempt or a return.
- Visszaküldve — returned
-
The parcel was not collected in time, was refused, or was sent back by the recipient, and is
travelling to the sender. From this scan onward the timeline describes the return, and
Foxpost issues a new parcel ID for that leg.
- Missorted or empty compartment
-
Two exception scans worth knowing. The first means the parcel went to the wrong machine and
has to be moved; the second means the courier opened the compartment and found nothing in it,
which is worth raising with Foxpost customer service straight away.
