Packlink is a European shipping broker rather than a carrier. From its consumer site and from Packlink PRO for businesses it sells discounted services supplied by DPD, GLS, Correos, Correos Express, SEUR, UPS, CTT and others, mainly in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands. The booking gets a Packlink reference; the carrier that collects the parcel gives it a number of its own.
Because the parcel moves on a partner network, Packlink relays that network's scans as it reads them — often in the collecting carrier's own language. Track91 keeps that wording exactly as published and maps each scan to a plain status, so a Spanish depot note and an English delivery confirmation sit on the same timeline.
What you can book through Packlink, and how each one reaches the recipient.
The public site where individuals and small sellers compare carrier quotes for a single parcel and print the label. Bookings made here carry COM in the reference.
The business account and e-commerce integration used with marketplaces and shop platforms for bulk label creation and order import. Its bookings carry PRO in the reference.
The chosen carrier sends a driver to the pickup address on an agreed day. Until that collection scan lands, the booking stays at the waiting-for-collection stage however long ago the label was printed.
The cheaper option on most lanes: the sender leaves the parcel at a partner shop or locker and the recipient collects it from another. A parcel waiting at a point is not yet delivered, and the timeline says so.
Spain to France, Italy to Germany and similar lanes are handed between the partner's national networks. Scans switch language at the border, which is why the original carrier wording is preserved alongside the mapped status.
Shipments leaving the EU pass through customs on the partner's international service. Packlink reports clearance, duty and document stages from that carrier, and those scans are what usually explain a long gap in the timeline.

The collecting carrier's own number — a UPS 1Z number, a Correos AB123456789ES item or a partner's plain digit string — is a different number entirely. Packlink's lookup does not accept it; track it on the carrier that issued it.
One to three working days within Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or the Netherlands, depending on the carrier and service chosen at checkout.
Two to five working days on standard cross-border road services; express options from the same partners are quicker and quoted separately.
Five to fifteen working days, dominated by customs clearance at the destination rather than by the transport itself.
Transit time is counted from the carrier's collection scan, not from the moment the label was bought. A booking left uncollected does not age into transit.
The families Packlink files every partner scan under, and what each one really means.
The booking is confirmed and the label issued, but the carrier does not physically have the parcel yet. Packlink also files some early depot receipts here, so the carrier's own wording is worth reading.
The parcel is inside the carrier's network, moving between depots or arriving at a sort centre. Numbered variants of this family say which — a centre arrival, a departure, or arrival in the destination country.
Something interrupted the journey: customs, weather, an accident, a misclassification or a rejected package. Weather and accident delays usually resolve themselves; a document or compliance hold normally needs action.
The parcel is on the van for its final leg, or waiting at the collection point you chose. A scheduled delivery date filed under this family is a plan, not a movement.
A delivery attempt that did not complete — nobody in, a closed business, a refusal, a wrong address, or a pending payment. Most are retried the next working day; a final attempt is not.
Handed over, signed for, left in a safe place or given to a neighbour. Packlink also files a parcel merely waiting at a pickup point under this family; Track91 keeps that one as awaiting collection.
The carrier gave up on delivery and sent the parcel back to the pickup address, usually after repeated failed attempts or an uncollected parcel timing out at a point.
A damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen parcel, or Packlink reporting that it has had no news from the carrier for 30 days. The expired note describes Packlink's own feed, not the parcel's whereabouts.
Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of Packlink. For delivery instructions or help with a missing parcel, use the carrier's official support.

Enter your 19-character Packlink shipment reference, such as ES2024COM0000123456, in the tracking box on this page. Track91 asks Packlink for the booking and shows the scans it has collected from the carrier actually moving your parcel, newest first, with the status of every stage.
A Packlink reference is 19 characters: two letters for the market you booked in, the four-digit year, COM for the consumer site or PRO for Packlink PRO, then ten digits. ES2024COM0000123456 and DE2023PRO0000654321 are both valid shapes. It is printed on your booking confirmation email.
Packlink is a shipping broker, not a carrier. It resells services from DPD, GLS, Correos, UPS, SEUR, CTT and others, and the carrier that quoted for your lane collects the parcel. Packlink publishes that carrier number but not its name, so scans often arrive in the carrier local language.
The Packlink lookup only accepts a Packlink reference and returns nothing for a carrier number. If the collecting carrier number is shown alongside your shipment, track that number on the carrier own page or search it on Track91, which will route it to the carrier that issued it.
Domestic bookings in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands usually arrive in one to three working days. Cross-border services within Europe typically take two to five working days, and longer international lanes depend on the carrier chosen and on customs clearance.
Packlink reads scans from the collecting carrier rather than scanning parcels itself, so updates lag that carrier feed by a few hours. A booking also shows no movement until the carrier physically collects it. If nothing changes for 30 days, Packlink stops following the carrier and marks the shipment expired.
It means Packlink has sold and confirmed your booking and passed the label to the carrier, but that carrier has not yet scanned the parcel into its network. The status changes once the driver collects from your address or you drop the parcel at the chosen collection point.
Check whether the latest scan is an incident, such as a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect address, because those usually need you to act. Packlink handles the claim rather than the carrier, so contact Packlink support with your shipment reference if the parcel has not moved for several working days.
Packlink only keeps bookings for a limited time, so an older reference reads as not found even though the parcel was delivered. Check the reference is complete at 19 characters and typed in capitals. A reference that was never issued returns the same answer, so compare it with your confirmation email.
