Some shipments are made available at an Estafeta office. Read the office-availability scan and use the official collection instructions before treating the shipment as collected.

Enter the tracking number supplied by your merchant or sender into the Estafeta tracking form on Track91. Preserve any leading zeros and letters. Track91 requests available carrier events and displays the latest recorded movement first.

A newly booked parcel may not have received its first physical scan, and older records may no longer contain a full history. Updates also depend on terminal or postal scans. Check the number and allow time for the next recorded movement.

Check the latest event for a delivery attempt, customs step, or return update. If movement has stopped beyond the promised service window, contact your sender or use the official carrier support channel. Track91 cannot arrange redelivery or change shipment instructions.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Estafeta. It displays available carrier tracking information for convenience. The carrier and your sender remain responsible for delivery, claims, address changes, and any shipment support decisions.
