Seller Pickup & Drop-off
SPX either collects from the seller's address or accepts the parcel at an SPX point. Both file their own scan, so you can see the moment SPX physically took the parcel.

Type or paste the SPX tracking number (SPX TN) into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.
See the current status, every transit checkpoint, and delivery progress in one timeline.
SPX Express is the logistics arm of Shopee, operating in Singapore as SPX SG and previously known as Shopee Express. It runs the first mile from the seller, the sorting network in between, and the delivery to your door — so a single parcel reference covers the whole journey. Enter your SPX tracking number to see every scan, the facility it happened at, and where the parcel goes next.
An end-to-end network built around Shopee orders, with drop-off, pickup and collection options at both ends of the journey.

Parcels pass through sorting centres and delivery stations across Singapore. Each arrival and departure is scanned with the site name, which is what builds the route on this page.
Last-mile delivery is handled by SPX riders, with a proof-of-delivery photo attached to the delivered scan on the lanes where SPX publishes one.
Shopee orders shipped from China, Malaysia and Indonesia enter Singapore through SPX's cross-border lanes, adding an international leg and a customs clearance stage to the timeline.
Every SPX parcel carries more than one reference, and Track91 accepts any of them — they resolve to the same record and the same scan history.
The customer-facing number: the fixed prefix SPXSG — SPX plus the Singapore market code — followed by 12 digits. This is what the Shopee app shows and what is printed on the label.
The Shopee Logistics Service reference used inside the sorting network: the market code SG, 12 to 13 digits and, on most parcels, a trailing check letter.
On some lanes the seller's own reference is the SPX tracking number. Enter it exactly as printed — the dash-joined segments identify the parcel.
Do not shorten a seller reference. SPX resolves a truncated reference rather than rejecting it, so dropping the trailing segments from a number like NS2607270965DP-2364-3 can return a different parcel from the same seller — with a different status.
Transit depends on where the seller ships from, and the clock starts at pickup rather than at checkout.
1-3 working days from pickup. Most domestic parcels clear a single sorting centre and one delivery station.
5-10 days for Shopee orders shipped from China, Malaysia or Indonesia, including the international leg and clearance.
A parcel can sit at "Manifested" for a day or two while the seller packs it — SPX has the order but not yet the box.
The stages an SPX Singapore parcel moves through, in the order they normally appear on the timeline.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Manifested | The seller has arranged the shipment and SPX has the order details. The parcel itself has not been handed over yet. |
| Pending Pickup | SPX is waiting on the seller — either for a scheduled collection or for the parcel to be dropped at an SPX point. |
| Picked Up | SPX now physically holds the parcel. This is the scan the delivery estimate really counts from. |
| Arrived at Sorting Centre | The parcel has reached a sorting facility and is being routed towards the delivery station nearest you. |
| Departed Facility | The parcel has left a hub on the next leg. The scan usually names the site it is heading to. |
| Arrived at Delivery Station | The last stop before your door — the parcel is with the station whose riders will deliver it. |
| Out for Delivery | A rider has the parcel on the van and is working through the day's route. |
| Delivery Attempt Failed | Delivery was tried but could not be completed. The scan carries the reason, and SPX normally retries. |
| Delivered | The parcel has been handed over. Where SPX publishes one, a proof-of-delivery photo is attached to this scan. |
| Returning to Seller | After repeated failed attempts or a refusal, the parcel travels back to the seller under the same tracking number. |
SPX Express (Singapore) Support
Answers to the most common queries about SPX Express (Singapore) tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter your SPX tracking number in the Track91 search box above. Track91 queries SPX Singapore directly and returns the live parcel status, every scan on the parcel, and the facility each scan happened at, with no account or login required.
Most start with SPXSG followed by 12 digits, such as SPXSG123456789012. On some lanes the seller supplies its own reference instead, like NS2607270972-2. Every parcel also carries an SLS number in the form SG plus 12 digits, such as SG123456789012P. Track91 accepts all of them.
No, enter it exactly as printed. On seller reference numbers such as NS2607270965DP-2364-3 the trailing segments identify the specific parcel, and a shortened version can resolve to a different shipment belonging to the same seller, showing you the wrong status.
The SPX TN is the customer-facing number Shopee shows in the app and prints on the label. The SLS number is the internal Shopee Logistics Service reference used inside the sorting network. Both point at the same parcel and both resolve to the same tracking history.
Domestic Singapore parcels usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days of pickup. Cross-border Shopee orders shipped from China, Malaysia or Indonesia typically take 5 to 10 days because they include an international leg and customs clearance.
Manifested means the seller has created the shipment and SPX has the order details, but the parcel itself has not been handed over yet. It is normal for this to sit for a day or two while the seller packs and arranges the pickup or drop-off.
Scans appear when the parcel is physically handled, so gaps of a day between a sorting hub and a delivery station are normal. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours after pickup, contact the seller through Shopee or raise a report with SPX Singapore support.
No. SPX Singapore only answers on a parcel reference, so you need either the SPX TN or the SLS number. If you bought through Shopee, both are shown in the order details in the Shopee app under the shipping information for that order.
SPX records a failed delivery attempt with the reason, such as the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, and normally retries. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to the seller and the tracking switches to a return status.
Yes. SPX Express is the current name of the logistics arm Shopee previously operated as Shopee Express. Numbers issued under either brand use the same network and the same tracking references, so old Shopee Express numbers still resolve.
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracking service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SPX Express, Shopee, or Sea Limited. We read the carrier's public tracking data and present it in one place alongside other couriers.
