Argentina's largest private parcel carrier

Andreani Tracking

Grupo Logístico Andreani has been moving parcels across Argentina since 1945 and is the country's largest privately owned carrier. It runs a national network of sucursales — branches that serve as both sorting points and collection counters — and carries most of what Argentina buys online, for marketplaces and for individual sellers alike. It also operates in Brazil.

Track91 reads the shipment Andreani publishes for your number and lays its scans out newest first, each with the branch that filed it. Andreani writes every scan in Spanish as a sentence addressed to the recipient, so the wording you see here is the carrier's own. Andreani official tracking.

Andreani Services

Which service a shipment was booked on shapes the journey you see in the timeline. Coverage, cut-off times and delivery conditions should be confirmed with Andreani or with the seller.

Entrega a domicilio

Doorstep delivery, the service most Argentine online orders travel on. The parcel reaches the sucursal responsible for the address, goes out on a delivery round, and is handed to someone over eighteen who can show identification. Two attempts are normally made before the parcel is held at the branch.

Retiro en sucursal

Collection at an Andreani branch, chosen at checkout or used when a doorstep attempt failed. The tracker words a branch collection differently from a doorstep delivery, so the timeline says which of the two actually happened. The parcel is held for a limited number of days before it is returned to the sender.

Encomienda e-commerce

The contracted service behind most marketplace and online-shop parcels. Andreani collects in bulk from the seller or its fulfilment provider, which is why the first scan a buyer sees is usually the parcel entering the network at a branch rather than a pickup from a shop.

Pharma and specialist logistics

Andreani runs temperature-controlled and regulated-goods operations for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector alongside its parcel network. These shipments move on the same numbering and appear in the same tracker, though their handling and delivery conditions differ.

Andreani Tracking Number Format

Andreani calls its identifier the número de envío. It is printed on the label, quoted in the seller's dispatch email and used in the link Andreani's own notification messages carry.

Shipment number

360001234567890

Fifteen digits, normally beginning 36000, 31000 or 30000; older shipments used a 90000 prefix. The number carries no letters and no check character, so a mistyped digit returns another shipment or nothing at all rather than an error. Copy it exactly, without spaces or dashes.

Merchant reference

G12345678901234

Andreani's tracker also resolves lettered references some merchants issue: a G followed by fourteen digits, or a U followed by eight. These are the seller's own identifiers rather than Andreani's, so not every seller hands one out.

Andreani Delivery Times

Within Argentina

Two to five working days is typical. Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza and the other large cities sit at the quicker end; Patagonia, Misiones and the far north take longer because the parcel travels through more than one sorting branch on the way.

No published estimate

Andreani's tracker shows no estimated delivery date to a visitor who is not logged in: it writes a sentence about the parcel instead. Track91 therefore shows no ETA for an Andreani shipment rather than inventing one. The seller's own order page may carry an estimate.

Andreani Tracking Status Glossary

Andreani groups its scans under four milestones and writes each scan as a Spanish sentence addressed to the recipient. These are the lines you will see most often.

Pendiente de ingreso
The seller has registered the shipment but Andreani does not hold the parcel yet. Nothing has moved, and the seller is the party who can say when it will be handed over.
Ingresado — "¡Ya tenemos tu envío!"
Andreani now has the parcel. The sentence names the town and province the journey starts from, and the branch that filed the scan is the origin of the route Track91 draws.
En camino — "Tu envío salió de la sucursal…"
The parcel has left the branch named, with its town and province. A following line reading "en camino a la sucursal" names the branch it is travelling towards, not where it is now.
"La sucursal … ya está procesando tu envío"
The branch responsible for the delivery has the parcel and is preparing it for a round. This is the last stop before the door, and the delivery normally follows within a day or two.
"Hoy te visitaremos para entregarte tu envío"
Out for delivery: a courier will call at the address today. Someone over eighteen has to be present with identification, and Andreani normally makes two attempts.
Entregado — "Ya entregamos tu envío"
Handed over. A line naming an Andreani sucursal instead means the recipient collected the parcel at a branch, which Track91 shows as a branch collection rather than a doorstep delivery.

Understanding these updates

Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of Andreani. Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Andreani tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track an Andreani shipment?

Paste the 15-digit Andreani número de envío from the seller's dispatch email or your order page into the tracking field on Track91. The newest scan appears first, in the Spanish wording Andreani writes, with the branch it was filed at and the date below it. No account or login is needed.

What is the Andreani tracking number format?

An Andreani shipment number is 15 digits and normally begins 36000, 31000 or 30000, for example 360001234567890. Older shipments used a 90000 prefix. Its tracker also resolves lettered merchant references such as G12345678901234. Copy every digit, with no spaces or dashes.

How long does Andreani take to deliver in Argentina?

Most Andreani e-commerce parcels move between two and five working days within Argentina. Buenos Aires and the larger provincial cities are usually at the quicker end, while Patagonia and the far north take longer. Andreani publishes no estimated delivery date through its tracker, so Track91 cannot show one.

What does "Tu envío se encuentra pendiente de ingreso" mean?

The seller has registered the shipment with Andreani but Andreani does not physically have the parcel yet. Nothing has moved. This status can sit unchanged for a few days while the seller prepares the order, and it is the seller rather than Andreani who can say when the parcel will be handed over.

What does "Hoy te visitaremos para entregarte tu envío" mean?

The parcel is out for delivery and a courier will call at the address today. Andreani normally makes two attempts, and someone over eighteen has to be present with identification. If the attempt fails the parcel goes back to the delivering branch and is tried again on the next working day.

Why is my Andreani tracking not updating?

Every update depends on a new scan being filed against the number. A parcel travelling between two branches can go a day or more with nothing in between, and a weekend or an Argentine public holiday adds to that. Compare the last scan time with the day the seller dispatched before raising an enquiry.

Can I track an Andreani parcel without a tracking number?

Not on Track91. The lookup needs the número de envío, because that is the only identifier Andreani's tracking service resolves. Check the seller's dispatch email, your order history or the Andreani notification message. A recipient name, address or order number cannot be substituted for the number.

My Andreani parcel says delivered but I did not receive it. What now?

Check whether anyone else at the address signed for it, and look at which branch the delivery scan names. Andreani sometimes records a branch collection rather than a doorstep delivery. If nobody received it, contact the seller first: they hold the shipping contract and are the party Andreani will open a claim with.

What should I do if my Andreani shipment is delayed or stuck?

Note the last scan and the branch it names, then contact the seller or Andreani customer service with the número de envío. A parcel can hold at a branch when the address is incomplete or the recipient could not be reached. Andreani returns a parcel to the sender if it goes uncollected.

Does Andreani deliver to a branch instead of my address?

Yes. Many sellers offer collection at an Andreani sucursal, and a parcel that could not be delivered is sometimes held at one. The tracking wording differs: a branch collection says the parcel is waiting at a named sucursal, while a doorstep delivery simply says the shipment was handed over.

Is Track91 affiliated with Andreani?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Grupo Logístico Andreani. It shows the shipment information Andreani publishes for a number, for convenience. Redirections, address changes, collection arrangements and claims must be handled by Andreani or by the sender.
