The official parcel service describes collection, sorting and consolidation, international transport, clearance and final delivery. These stages generate different kinds of tracking records. An origin facility scan confirms a handling step, while a flight scan describes transport between markets. Neither should be read as confirmation that the recipient has received the parcel.
ECMS also lists freight forwarding among its business services. Freight movements can have different booking references and schedules from an express parcel. Use the waybill supplied for the shipment being tracked, and ask the sender which service was booked when interpreting the time between events.
Warehousing and fulfillment complement the carrier’s international shipping services. Processing at a facility can precede dispatch into the transport network. A merchant’s order reference and the parcel waybill serve different purposes, so retain the shipping reference from your dispatch notification for tracking and the purchase reference for enquiries about the order.
ECMS uses local carrier partners for final delivery. When the shipment response publishes a separate partner number, Track91 keeps it alongside the original ECMS waybill. Use that reference for the local journey and keep the ECMS number for questions about the international movement. Partner availability depends on the destination and booked service.
Copy the number printed on the shipping label or supplied in your dispatch message. ECMS references contain letters and digits; generic examples are ECTSO12345678901 and ECESEXX123456789. Retain the prefix and all leading zeros. Spaces and letter case can be normalized when entering the number. If you only have a shop order number, ask the merchant for the shipment waybill before looking up its delivery progress.
“Virtual Manifest has been received” records information supplied by the sender. “Shipment arrived at origin facility” records handling at the origin. Flight departure and arrival describe the air journey. A completed customs-clearance message is distinct from final delivery. Out for delivery identifies the local delivery round, and an explicit delivered or signed-for scan identifies completion. Read the carrier’s current summary alongside the history, since scans from several systems can be published at different times.
Delivery time varies with the booked service, route, clearance and destination carrier. Track91 does not infer a guaranteed delivery date from an airport scan. Compare the latest record with the estimate supplied by your sender. For a shipment outside that window, contact ECMS through its official support page and include the waybill, destination and most recent event. Track91 is an independent tracking service and cannot change bookings or delivery instructions.

Delivery timing depends on the booked parcel service, origin, destination and customs processing. ECMS describes collection, sorting, international transportation, clearance and final delivery as separate stages. Use the estimate supplied with your booking; an airport arrival alone does not establish a recipient delivery date.
Tracking changes when ECMS or its delivery partner publishes another scan. International transit and clearance may include periods without a new record. Check the most recent description against the sender’s delivery estimate. If that estimate has passed, contact the sender or ECMS with the full waybill.
A virtual manifest records shipment information received from the sender. It does not by itself confirm physical acceptance of the parcel. Look for a later origin-facility arrival or collection record to identify when the parcel entered the carrier’s handling network.
Flight arrival describes the air transportation stage. Customs clearance, sorting and local delivery may still follow. Read the current shipment summary together with the dated history, and wait for an explicit delivered or signed-for record before treating the parcel as received.
You need the shipment’s waybill number for this lookup. Check the shipping label, dispatch email or merchant account, or ask the sender to supply it. An online shop order number can be a separate identifier and is not automatically an ECMS tracking reference.
