No. Transit and delivery timelines are estimates that depend on route conditions, weather, traffic, government restrictions, and vehicle availability. Delivery is performed on a best-effort basis.
The consignee may need the original LR copy / consignment copy and a valid ID proof. An authorized representative can collect with an authorization letter and ID proof. Commercial consignments may additionally require GST-related documents.
Delivery may be rescheduled or the consignment held at the branch/godown. If the material is not collected within the permitted free period, storage or godown charges may apply.
