Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common queries about
Pikndel tracking, delays, and deliveries.
How do I track my Pikndel shipment?
Enter your POD number in the tracking box above and press track. You will see every scan from the pickup round through the hub sort to the delivery attempt, along with the promised delivery date and the field executive assigned to your parcel.
What does a Pikndel POD number look like?
A POD number is a two-letter prefix followed by seven digits, for example PA1234567. Pikndel calls it a POD number rather than an AWB. You will find it in the shipping confirmation from the seller you ordered from, since Pikndel delivers on behalf of brands rather than booking directly.
How long does Pikndel take to deliver?
Pikndel runs same-city and next-day routes for e-commerce brands, so most parcels are delivered within one to three working days of pickup. The tracking page shows the promised delivery date, which the network updates if the parcel is rescheduled.
What does "Deliver to Hub" mean on Pikndel tracking?
It means the pickup rider has handed your parcel in at the origin hub, not that it has been delivered to you. The next scans are the bagging and dispatch steps that move it towards the destination city.
What does "Bagging" or "Bag Opened" mean?
Pikndel moves parcels between hubs inside sealed bags. Bagging means your parcel was packed into a bag for the trunk route, and Bag Opened means that bag was broken down at the receiving hub. Both are sorting steps rather than movements.
Why does my Pikndel parcel say Undelivered?
An undelivered scan means the delivery round came back with your parcel, and the reason is shown beside it — commonly a reschedule request, an address that could not be traced, or nobody available. Pikndel normally attempts delivery again on the next round.
Why is my Pikndel tracking not updating?
Scans appear as the parcel passes through each hub, so a gap overnight or between trunk runs is normal. If nothing has changed for more than 48 hours, contact the brand you ordered from, since they hold the booking and can raise the query with Pikndel.
Can I track Pikndel without a POD number?
No. Track91 needs the POD number to fetch your shipment. If you do not have it, check the dispatch email or order page from the seller — Pikndel ships on behalf of brands, so the number is issued when the brand books the parcel.
Who is delivering my Pikndel parcel?
Once a rider picks up your parcel for the delivery round, Pikndel names the field executive on the tracking page. Track91 shows that name alongside the delivery details; the rider's personal mobile number is kept masked rather than republished.
Is Track91 affiliated with Pikndel?
No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for your Pikndel shipments. For delivery queries, rescheduling or claims, contact the brand you ordered from or Pikndel directly through their official website.
