Swift Tracking

Swift (GoSwift) is an Indian commerce platform that gives direct-to-consumer brands a faster checkout and the shipping layer behind it. It carries nothing itself: every order is handed to a partner courier — Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and others — while Swift keeps one shipment ID, one branded tracking page and one scan history across all of them.

What Swift Does

Carrier Allocation

Each order is routed to the partner courier with the best serviceability and cost for the destination pin code, rather than being locked to one network.

Unified Tracking

One Swift shipment ID follows the parcel whichever carrier moves it, with the partner's own scans folded into a single timeline.

Branded Tracking Pages

Brands can theme the tracking page with their own logo, colours and support channels, so the post-purchase journey stays on-brand.

Fast Checkout

Swift's original product — a one-click checkout with saved addresses that reduces drop-off before the shipment ever exists.

NDR Management

Failed delivery attempts from every carrier are collected in one place so they can be re-attempted before a parcel is returned to origin.

Returns & RTO

Return-to-origin and customer returns are booked through the same partner network, tracked on the same shipment ID as the forward journey.

Swift Shipment ID Format

Unlike most aggregators, Swift issues an identifier of its own rather than passing the partner courier's waybill through — so the same ID keeps working even if the parcel changes networks.

50 5493 DE 7045304
  • 50 — every Swift shipment ID opens with these two digits.
  • 4 digits — an account or batch block, e.g. 5493.
  • 1 or 2 letters — the second is optional: 505493DE7045304 has two, 500127B9707838 has one.
  • 7 digits — the serial, always seven digits long.

That makes the ID 14 or 15 characters depending on the second letter. Case does not matter when you paste it — Track91 normalises it before searching.

Expected Delivery Times

Route Typical transit
Within the same city 1-2 days
Metro to metro 2-4 days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 destinations 3-6 days
Remote and ODA pin codes 5-8 days, subject to carrier serviceability

Swift publishes an expected delivery date on most shipments, shown above the timeline when available. The actual transit time is set by the partner carrier handling the parcel.

Tracking Status Glossary

Order Placed

The shipment has been booked with the carrier and the label created, but the parcel has not been collected yet.

Out for Pickup

The carrier's vehicle is on its way to collect the parcel from the seller's warehouse.

Picked Up

The carrier has taken custody of the parcel and it has entered the network.

In Transit

The parcel is moving between hubs. Inscan and arrival entries mean it reached a facility; outscan and "further connected" mean it left one.

Out for Delivery

The parcel is on the delivery agent's round and should reach you the same day.

Undelivered

An attempt failed — nobody available, an address problem, or an OTP that never arrived. Another attempt normally follows the next working day.

Shipment Delayed

Movement has been held up — weather, a strike or a network disruption. The parcel is safe and resumes once the cause clears.

RTO

Return to origin — after failed attempts or a refusal, the parcel travels back to the brand's warehouse under the same shipment ID.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about Swift tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track my Swift shipment?

Enter your Swift shipment ID in the search box above. Swift hands each order to a partner courier such as Blue Dart, Delhivery or Xpressbees, and Track91 shows the combined scan history along with the name of the carrier actually carrying your parcel.

What is Swift?

Swift (GoSwift) is an Indian shipping and checkout platform used by direct-to-consumer brands. Rather than running its own delivery fleet, it aggregates courier partners and assigns each order to whichever network serves the destination pin code best, then presents one tracking page for all of them.

What does a Swift shipment ID look like?

It always begins with 50, followed by four digits, then one or two letters, and finally a seven digit serial — for example 501234DE1234567 with two letters, or 501234B1234567 with one. That makes the whole code 14 or 15 characters. You will find it in the shipping confirmation email or SMS from the store you ordered from.

Which courier is actually delivering my Swift order?

It depends on the partner assigned at booking — Blue Dart, Delhivery and Xpressbees are common. Track91 reads the carrier from the Swift response and shows it beside the timeline, with a link to track the same parcel directly on that courier where we support it.

Where can I find my Swift tracking number?

Check the shipping confirmation email or SMS from the brand you ordered from. The shipment ID also appears on the order page of the store website, and on the branded tracking link the brand sends once your parcel is dispatched.

Why is my Swift tracking not updating?

Scan history comes from the partner carrier rather than from Swift, so updates can lag by several hours, and long line-haul legs naturally show no movement overnight. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours, contact the brand you ordered from with your shipment ID.

How long does a Swift delivery take?

Most shipments arrive within 2 to 6 days. Metro-to-metro lanes are quicker, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 destinations take longer. The timeline depends on the partner carrier assigned to your order and the destination pin code.

What does "Shipment outscanned to network" mean?

It means the parcel has left that facility and is moving on to the next one in the carrier network. You will usually see a matching arrival or inscan entry a few hours later once it reaches the following hub or branch.

Can I track a Swift order without a shipment ID?

No. Track91 needs the shipment ID to fetch a live status. If you do not have it, check the shipping confirmation email or SMS from the store you ordered from, or open your order page on their website.

Is Track91 affiliated with Swift?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for Swift shipments from the partner carriers that move them. For returns, refunds or order changes, contact the brand you ordered from or Swift support.
