Fermopoint Tracking

Fermopoint is an Italian network of neighbourhood shops where a parcel waits for its recipient instead of chasing them at home. A shop can also take a parcel over the counter and send it on. Every booking, whether a collection or a shipment, carries one thirteen-character Fermoticket, and the network publishes its own milestones against that code — booked, prepared, on its way to the shop, arrived and collected.

Track91 reads the same public booking page Fermopoint serves and keeps each step in the Italian the network wrote it in, so nothing is lost in translation on the way to your timeline.

Fermopoint Services

What the shop network carries, and what each service looks like on a timeline.

Collection at a shop

The classic Fermoticket. A parcel is carried to the shop the recipient picked when they booked, and waits on the counter for them. The steps run from Ritiro prenotato through Arrivato al negozio to Pacco ritirato.

Sending from a shop

A parcel handed over at a Fermopoint counter and sent on by the courier. Its steps start at Spedizione prenotata, pass Consegnato al point di partenza, and end when the recipient receives it at their own address.

E-commerce delivery

Italian online sellers offer a Fermopoint shop as a delivery address at checkout, which is cheaper than a courier making repeated door attempts and does not need anybody at home. The seller books it and sends the Fermoticket on in the order confirmation.

Lockers and counters

Besides its shop counters the network hosts automated lockers, so a parcel can be collected outside shop hours in some places. The booking page publishes the same step list for both, and names the shop itself only to the account that made the booking.

Fermoticket Format

Thirteen characters

A Fermoticket is one letter, then four letters or digits, then two letters, then six digits — thirteen characters with no spaces or dashes. A parcel sent from a shop is given a code of exactly the same layout, so the code alone does not say which of the two journeys a booking is; only the page's heading does.

A1B2CD123456

Characters that resemble each other are the usual cause of a code the page refuses: check the letter O against the digit zero, and the letter I against the digit one, before trying again.

Delivery Timelines

To the shop

Two to four working days inside Italy once the sender has handed the parcel over. Islands and the far south can take longer, and the network warns that holiday periods add days.

Waiting at the shop

A shop holds a parcel for several days after it arrives. A parcel nobody collects in that window goes back to the sender, so it is worth collecting as soon as the arrival step appears.

Fermopoint Status Glossary

The network writes its steps in Italian. Here is what each one means.

Ritiro prenotato

A collection at a shop has been booked. The older pages wrote the same step as Consegna prenotata.

In Preparazione

The sender is still packing the parcel. No courier has it yet, so nothing is moving at this point.

In consegna

On its way to the shop. Despite the wording this is not a door attempt, so Track91 keeps it as a transit step rather than an out-for-delivery scan.

Arrivato al negozio

The parcel is at the shop and ready for collection. Older pages wrote it as Arrivato al Fermo!Point.

Pacco ritirato

Collected at the counter. The journey is finished, and Track91 records it as a delivery to a pickup point rather than to a door.

Consegnato al point di partenza

For a parcel sent from a shop: the sender has left it at the counter. Ritirato dal corriere follows when the courier empties that shop.

Understanding these updates

Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of Fermopoint. Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Fermopoint tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track my Fermopoint parcel?

Paste the Fermoticket from your Fermopoint booking email or the shop receipt into the tracking field on Track91. The newest step appears first, with every dated step beneath it in the Italian wording Fermopoint publishes. No account, login or Italian phone number is needed.

What is the Fermopoint tracking number format?

A Fermoticket is thirteen characters: one letter, then four letters or digits, then two letters, then six digits, for example A1B2CD123456. A parcel sent from a shop carries a code of the same layout. Copy every character exactly as it is printed, with no spaces or dashes.

How long does Fermopoint take to deliver in Italy?

A parcel booked for collection usually reaches the chosen shop in two to four working days, and the shop then holds it for several days. Fermopoint publishes no estimated delivery date on its booking page, so Track91 shows the dated steps rather than a promised day.

What does Arrivato al negozio mean on Fermopoint tracking?

Arrivato al negozio means the parcel has reached the Fermopoint shop you chose and is waiting there for you to collect it. Track91 files this as available for collection at a pickup point, not as delivered, so a parcel still sitting on the counter never reads as handed over.

What does Pacco ritirato mean on Fermopoint tracking?

Pacco ritirato means the parcel was collected at the shop counter, so the journey has finished. Track91 records it as a delivery to a pickup point rather than a door delivery, which is what actually happened. A parcel sent from a shop instead ends with Pacco ritirato dal destinatario.

Why is my Fermopoint tracking not updating?

Fermopoint files its own milestones rather than the courier scans behind them, so several days can pass between In consegna and the shop arrival with nothing new to show. Track91 rechecks the booking page in the background and adds each step the moment Fermopoint publishes it.

Can I track a Fermopoint parcel without the Fermoticket?

No. The Fermopoint booking page answers only to the Fermoticket, so the code is the single way to open a booking. Check the booking email, the shop receipt or the order confirmation from the seller who booked the collection, and look carefully at characters that resemble one another.

What if my Fermopoint parcel is stuck or delayed?

A parcel can wait while the sender prepares it, and the shop it is bound for may hold it for only a few days before sending it back. If the steps have not moved for several working days, contact Fermopoint or the seller who booked the collection with your Fermoticket to hand.

Why does Fermopoint say my code is not active?

The booking page shows that notice when it holds no active booking for the code, usually because a character was mistyped or the booking has been closed and archived. Check the characters that look alike, such as the letter O and the digit zero, then try the Fermoticket again.

Is Track91 affiliated with Fermopoint?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service with no affiliation to Fermopoint. We read the same public booking page the carrier publishes and present its steps in one timeline. For claims, refunds or anything about the parcel itself, contact Fermopoint or the seller directly.
