Air Waybill Number Format
Every shipment travels on an air waybill numbered under Air India's IATA airline prefix. The same number is written two ways:

As printed on the air waybill — the 098 prefix, a dash, and the 8-digit serial.

The fused form — the same 11 digits without the dash. Both are accepted here.
The last digit of the serial is a check digit: the first seven digits modulo 7. A number that fails that check was mistyped.

The cargo has been assigned to a flight's manifest and built onto its pallets or containers for loading.
Flight Departed / Arrived
The flight carrying the cargo has left or landed, stamped with the aircraft's own movement time at that airport.
Received from Flight
The cargo has been broken down from the arriving aircraft and checked into the airport warehouse.
Consignee Notified
The destination terminal has told the consignee the shipment is ready for customs clearance and collection.
Delivered
