Trackon tracking numbers (also called AWB or Consignment Numbers) are unique codes assigned to packages. They typically follow this pattern:

Finding Your Trackon AWB

You can find your Consignment ID:

  • On the physical booking slip/receipt issued by the branch
  • In the SMS or dispatch email notifications sent by Trackon
  • Under the order history page of the online store you ordered from

Understanding Trackon Event Statuses

Below are standard status events you will see while tracking your Trackon shipment:

S/ment Booked

The parcel has been booked at the origin branch and will soon enter the sorting pipeline.

Processing Bag / Arrived

The parcel has arrived at intermediate hubs or is being processed inside cargo bags for dispatch to destination cities.

Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered and signed for. You can view the POD details online.
