A shipment starts life as a booking on the platform, which is published as the first dated stage. The booking carries its own AIR21 code, and that code is what the tracking page searches on throughout the parcel's life.

Air21 is a Philippine courier handling domestic parcels and documents, with bookings made through an online platform and delivered by its own riders. Each booking carries an AIR21 code, and its status page publishes a checklist of the stages a shipment passes through, dating the ones it has actually reached.

Parcels are received into a hub and then assigned onward, either for pickup or for delivery. These appear as separate stages on the checklist, so it is clear whether a shipment is waiting at a hub or has already been given to a rider.
An assignment stage marks a rider taking the parcel on, followed by an in-transit stage while it is on the road. A parcel can move through assignment, transit and delivery within the same hour on a short metro route, which is why several stages often share a timestamp.
Bookings can carry a declared valuation and a cash-on-delivery amount, settled when the parcel is handed over. Those amounts belong to the booking rather than to the journey, so the timeline reflects the movement while the payment detail stays with the sender's own account.
Air21 booking codes begin with AIR21 and continue with twelve letters and digits, for example AIR21ABCD1234EF, which is a generic illustration rather than a real booking. The code appears on the booking confirmation. The shorter Ref. # printed beside it on the status page is not searchable, and neither are plain numeric waybill numbers; only the AIR21 code opens a shipment, which is why Track91 accepts that format alone.
One to five days covers most domestic parcels, and a same-metro delivery can complete within hours. Times are printed in Philippine local time and Track91 converts them from that zone. Because the carrier dates only the stages a booking has reached, the newest dated stage is an accurate picture of where the parcel actually is.
The status page is a checklist rather than a log. New is the booking being created, Received at Hub its arrival at a facility, Assigned for pickup and Assigned for delivery the rider allocations, In transit the road leg, and Delivered the handover. Stages with no date were never reached and are left out of the timeline. The checklist is printed in a fixed order rather than by time, so Track91 sorts it chronologically and keeps the carrier's own order where timestamps are equal.
The Air21 booking page prints the sender's, receiver's and driver's names, telephone numbers and street addresses to anyone who holds the booking code. Track91 does not read or store any of it: the timeline here is built from the stages and their dates alone. If you are a sender, treat the booking code as something worth keeping private.
Air21 contracts with whoever made the booking, so the sender is the right first contact and the only party able to amend or cancel it. Track91 independently displays the published stages and cannot redirect a parcel, rebook a collection or settle a claim.

The tracking page prints a shorter Ref. # beside the booking code, but that reference is not searchable: only the AIR21 booking code opens a shipment. Plain numeric waybill numbers are not accepted either.
One to five days covers most domestic parcels, with same-metro deliveries often faster. The timeline shows which stages the booking has passed, so a parcel still sitting at booking has not yet entered the network.
Air21 prints a checklist of every stage a booking can reach, dated or not. A stage with no date is one this shipment never passed through, so Track91 leaves it out rather than showing an event with no time against it.
The checklist is printed in a fixed order rather than chronologically, and several stages can share a minute. Track91 sorts them by time and keeps the carrier's own order where the times are equal.
The Air21 booking page prints the sender's, receiver's and driver's names, telephone numbers and street addresses to anyone holding the booking code. Track91 does not read or store any of that; the timeline works without it.
