About Didadi Logistics Tech

Didadi Logistics Tech is a Chinese cross-border forwarder moving consolidated e-commerce freight out of China, most visibly on lanes into the United States. It books the air leg itself and hands the final delivery to a local agency, relaying that agency's scans back under its own job number. A lookup returns the job with its customer reference and a dated scan list that runs from the label being created, through the flight and customs release, to the last-mile carrier's delivery confirmation.

Didadi services

Air freight consolidation

Parcels are received into an origin sort facility in China, loaded and flown out as consolidated freight. The timeline records the departure from the origin airport and the arrival at the destination one as separate events, so the air leg is visible rather than hidden inside a generic in-transit status.

Customs clearance

After the flight lands, the consignment is collected from the airport facility and presented for clearance. A cargo-released entry marks the authority letting it go. A pause between landing and release is the clearance process working rather than the shipment being lost, and it is the stage least predictable from the outside.

Local agency handover

Didadi does not deliver to the door abroad. An in-transit-to-the-local-agency entry marks the point where a destination carrier takes the parcel on, after which the scans in the timeline are that carrier's own, relayed verbatim. Those later entries name real post offices and delivery facilities in the destination country.

Seller and forwarder bookings

Shipments are booked by sellers and forwarders rather than by shoppers, and each job carries the customer's own reference alongside Didadi's. That reference is how a seller reconciles the shipment with their order, and it is worth quoting alongside the job number when asking about a consignment.

Finding your Didadi job number

Didadi job numbers begin with DDD, continue with two letters and ten digits, and close with two more letters, for example DDDAA1234567890YQ, which is a generic illustration rather than a real shipment. The seller or forwarder who booked the consolidation supplies it. Copy the reference exactly, keeping both the prefix and the trailing letters, since the whole string identifies the job. The destination carrier's own barcode is a separate reference belonging to that network.

Expected transit times

One to three weeks is typical, and the time is unevenly distributed. Origin handling and the wait for a flight often account for the first week, the air leg itself for a day, clearance for an unpredictable few days, and the local delivery for the last two or three. Reading which of those stages the newest scan belongs to is far more informative than counting days since the order was placed. Scans carry no timezone offset and are filed in the local clock of the station, so Track91 resolves the zone from the station country where it can and leaves it unset otherwise.

Reading Didadi statuses

Each scan carries a short Didadi code, a Chinese state and the destination carrier's English sentence. The code is the stable half and decides the stage; the English sentence is shown as the event text because it reads naturally, with the Chinese state kept as a remark. Order forecast and label creation precede any handling. Receipt at the origin facility, loading and departure cover the China side. Airport departure, arrival, collection and customs release cover the crossing. The handover to the local agency marks the final transfer, and the scans after it belong to that carrier.

Getting help with a Didadi shipment

Didadi contracts with sellers and forwarders, so whoever booked the shipment is the right first contact and the only party who can open a trace with the forwarder. Once the parcel is with the destination carrier, that carrier's own customer service can act on a delivery problem. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect a shipment, release a customs hold or settle a claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Didadi Logistics Tech tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a Didadi shipment?

Choose Didadi on Track91 and enter the job number supplied by your seller or forwarder. The timeline covers the whole journey, including the flight legs, customs release and the scans relayed from the carrier delivering the parcel abroad.

What format does a Didadi job number use?

Job numbers start with DDD, continue with two letters, ten digits and two closing letters, for example DDDAA1234567890YQ. Copy the reference exactly, with no spaces, keeping both the prefix and the trailing letters.

How long does a Didadi shipment take?

Cross-border consolidated freight commonly takes one to three weeks. The journey splits into origin handling in China, an air leg, destination customs clearance and a final delivery performed by a local carrier, each contributing time.

Why is my Didadi tracking not updating?

Scans are relayed from whichever party holds the shipment, so updates pause between departure from China and the first destination scan. A gap of several days around the flight and clearance stages is expected on consolidated lanes.

Who delivers a Didadi shipment?

Didadi hands the final leg to a local agency in the destination country, and its scans are relayed into the same timeline with that carrier's own wording. An entry recording the handover to the local agency marks where responsibility transfers.

Can I track Didadi without the job number?

No. A job number or the reference it was booked under is required. The seller or forwarder who arranged the consolidation supplies it. Track91 cannot search by recipient name, address or telephone number.

What does "Cargo Customs Released" mean?

It records the destination customs authority clearing the shipment so it can continue to the local delivery network. It follows the arrival of the flight and precedes the handover to the agency performing the final delivery.

Is Track91 affiliated with Didadi?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. Didadi Logistics Tech and its destination partners remain responsible for carriage, customs documentation and customer enquiries. Contact the sender or the delivering carrier about delivery problems.
