SPX Express is the logistics arm of Shopee, operating in Malaysia as SPX MY and previously known as Shopee Express. A parcel moves from the seller or a drop-off point through a first mile hub, one or more state sorting centres, and a last mile hub near your address — and each stop files its own scan with the site name and its coordinates. Enter your MY tracking number to see the whole route.
A nationwide network built around Shopee orders, with partner drop-off points at one end and rider delivery at the other.

Hubs such as TPG First Mile Hub in Kamunting and Mesra Jaya in Butterworth consolidate a region's outbound volume before the national line-haul.
Sorting centres including DDR in Klang, PEN in Perai and PRK in Ipoh route parcels between states. A parcel can pass through more than one.
Delivery hubs such as Segambut, Cyberjaya and Taiping run the final leg. The delivered scan records who accepted the parcel.
Every SPX parcel carries more than one reference, and Track91 accepts any of them — they all resolve to the same record and the same scan history.
The customer-facing number: the country code MY followed by 12 digits. Malaysia issues it without the SPX prefix used in some other SPX markets.
The Shopee Logistics Service reference used inside the sorting network: MY, 12 digits and a trailing check letter.
The order number from the Shopee app, a 10 to 12 digit figure. It resolves to the parcel shipped against that order.
SPX publishes its own delivery window per parcel, which Track91 shows alongside the timeline. These are the typical ranges.
1-3 days from pickup, usually through a single sorting centre before the delivery hub.
2-4 days, and a parcel may pass two sorting centres — Penang to Perak to the destination hub, for example.
If the seller is uncontactable or the drop-off point is closed, SPX reassigns a driver and retries — each attempt is scanned with its reason.
The stages an SPX Malaysia parcel moves through, in the order they normally appear on the timeline.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Manifested | The seller has arranged the shipment and SPX has the order details. The parcel itself has not been handed over yet. |
| Courier assigned | A driver has been given the job of collecting the parcel from the seller. |
| Unsuccessful Pickup Attempt | The collection failed. The scan names the reason — seller uncontactable, pickup point closed, or insufficient time on the run. |
| Dropoff Done By Domestic Seller | The seller has left the parcel at a partner drop-off point, which the scan names. |
| Pickup From Domestic Seller | SPX now physically holds the parcel. This is the scan the delivery estimate really counts from. |
| Enter Domestic First Mile Hub | The parcel has arrived at the regional hub that consolidates outbound volume for that area. |
| Enter Domestic Sorting Center | The parcel has reached a state sorting centre such as DDR, PEN or PRK and is being routed onward. |
| Left Domestic Sorting Center | Sorting is done and the parcel is on the line-haul to the next centre or to your delivery hub. |
| Enter Last Mile Hub | The last stop before your door — the parcel is with the local hub whose riders will deliver it. |
| Out For Delivery | The rider has the parcel and is working through the day's route. |
| Delivered | The parcel has been handed over. The scan records who accepted it — a relationship such as Friend, or a business name. |
SPX Express (Malaysia) Support
Answers to the most common queries about SPX Express (Malaysia) tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter your SPX tracking number in the Track91 search box above. Track91 queries SPX Malaysia directly and returns the live status, every scan on the parcel, the hub each scan happened at, and the estimated delivery window. No account is needed.
The number on the label starts with MY followed by 12 digits, for example MY123456789012. There is no SPXMY prefix. The same parcel also carries an SLS number such as MY267827591091J, which ends in a check letter. Track91 accepts either.
The SPX TN is the customer-facing number Shopee shows in the app and prints on the label. The SLS number is the internal Shopee Logistics Service reference used inside the sorting network. Both point at the same parcel and return the same tracking history.
Parcels within Peninsular Malaysia usually arrive 1 to 4 days after pickup, passing a first mile hub, one or two sorting centres and a last mile hub. Deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak take longer because they add a sea or air leg.
The SPX courier tried to collect the parcel from the seller and could not. The scan carries the reason, such as the seller being uncontactable, the pickup point being closed, or there being insufficient time on the run. SPX normally reassigns a driver and retries the next day.
The parcel has reached the local hub that serves your address, such as Segambut Hub or Cyberjaya Hub. This is the last stop before delivery. A driver is assigned shortly after, then the status changes to Out For Delivery.
SPX Malaysia records who accepted the parcel on the delivered scan, often as a relationship such as Friend or Others, or a business name. Check with anyone at the address first, then raise the issue with the seller through Shopee, quoting your tracking number.
Scans only appear when the parcel is physically handled, so a gap of a day between a sorting centre and a last mile hub is normal, especially over a weekend or public holiday. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours after pickup, contact the seller or SPX Malaysia support.
Yes. SPX Express is the current name of the logistics arm Shopee previously operated as Shopee Express. Numbers issued under either brand run on the same network and use the same references, so older Shopee Express numbers still resolve.
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracking service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SPX Express, Shopee, or Sea Limited. We read the carrier's public tracking data and present it in one place alongside other couriers.
