What does ODA mean in my delivery station?
ODA stands for Out of Delivery Area - the destination lies outside the standard serviceable limits of the delivery station, so delivery may take additional time or require coordination with the consignee.
Why does my tracking show an attempted delivery?
An attempted event means delivery could not be completed. Read the recorded reason and contact the shipper or destination branch about the next action. Do not assume an automatic next-working-day reattempt; arrangements depend on the consignment and local service.
What does a TCI Express docket number look like?
The standard docket is 9 digits, for example 123456789, where the final digit is a check digit so mistyped numbers are usually caught before tracking. Newer bookings may carry a longer 12-digit numeric docket such as 123456789012.
What does "Despatched / Arrived" mean?
It means the consignment is moving between stations, sorting centres, and hubs on its transhipment route. TCI Express runs a fully owned nationwide setup, so you will see repeated despatch and arrival scans until the docket reaches the destination station.
Why is my TCI Express tracking not updating?
Scans can take a few hours to appear between stations and sorting centres, especially on surface routes. If the shipment is overdue or a recorded event requires action, contact the sender or carrier with the reference and last update.
Can I track TCI Express without a docket number?
