How to Track Your ParcelABC Shipment

Three quick steps - free, no login required.

  1. 1

    Find your order ID

Check the SMS, email, or order page from your seller or courier. ParcelABC formats accepted here include Four letters naming the lane, a hyphen, then digits, e.g. ESFR-123456789.

  2. 2

    Enter it above

Type or paste the order ID into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

  3. 3

    Get live shipment status

Track real-time shipment updates, recorded events and delivery estimates supplied by the carrier. Check the event timestamps; results may be cached between updates.

About ParcelABC

ParcelABC is a parcel-delivery marketplace that books cross-border shipments on behalf of senders and hands them to whichever carrier serves the lane. Because it is a broker rather than a network, it republishes the handling carrier's scans under its own small set of status labels, which makes its timelines unusually consistent from one country pair to the next.

ParcelABC services

Marketplace booking

An order is placed first and a carrier allocated afterwards, which the timeline publishes as information received and then the carrier being notified. The gap between those two is the booking being arranged, not the parcel waiting, and it is where most of the elapsed time on a slow order goes.

Cross-border lanes

Every order ID starts with two ISO country codes naming the lane it was booked on, so the route is readable from the reference alone. That matters here because the relayed scans usually publish no place at all, and the lane is the only statement of where the parcel is going.

Normalised statuses

ParcelABC maps each carrier's wording onto its own labels: information received, carrier notified, picked up, in transit, delivered, and the exceptions. The vocabulary is small and stable, which is the advantage of a broker's feed over a dozen carriers' own phrasing.

Exceptions and claims

A shipment that needs something from the sender is published as requiring more information, repeated each time the request is chased. A claim raised after a loss or damage appears as its own status, and Track91 treats it as an exception rather than an outcome, so no delivery date is recorded against it.

Finding your ParcelABC order ID

ParcelABC order IDs are four letters, a hyphen and then digits, for example ESFR-123456789, which is a generic illustration rather than a real order. The four letters are the origin and destination country codes. The ID appears in the booking confirmation and in your ParcelABC account, and because the lane prefix makes it recognisable, Track91 can offer ParcelABC as a suggestion when you paste one.

Expected transit times

Three to ten days covers most European lanes and intercontinental orders take longer. Reading the timeline by stage is more useful than counting days: the booking stage belongs to ParcelABC and the sender, the transit scans to the handling carrier. The relayed scans carry no offset, so Track91 stores them exactly as published rather than converting them against a zone it cannot confirm.

Reading ParcelABC statuses

Information received opens the timeline, carrier notified marks the allocation, picked up the collection, and a run of in-transit entries covers the journey. Delivered closes it. More information required and Claimed are the two exceptions worth acting on: the first needs something from you, the second means a claim is already open. Where a history shows exceptions and no delivery, no delivery date is recorded.

Getting help with a ParcelABC order

ParcelABC is the party you contracted with, so its own support is the right first contact even when the parcel is physically with another carrier; that carrier will not have your order ID on file. Where the timeline says more information is required, supplying it through your ParcelABC account is usually what releases the shipment. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot amend a booking or open a claim.

Understanding these updates

Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of ParcelABC. For delivery instructions or help with a missing parcel, use the carrier's official support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with ParcelABC tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a ParcelABC order?

Choose ParcelABC on Track91 and enter the order ID from your booking confirmation. The timeline shows the order being received, the carrier being notified, the collection, the transit scans and the delivery.

What format does a ParcelABC order ID use?

Order IDs begin with four letters, a hyphen and then digits, for example ESFR-123456789. The four letters are two ISO country codes naming the lane: ESFR is Spain to France, DEAR Germany to Argentina.

Why does the timeline not show any places?

ParcelABC is a broker: it resells other carriers' capacity and republishes their scans under its own status labels, usually without the underlying carrier's locations. Track91 reads the route from the two country codes in the order ID instead.

How long does a ParcelABC shipment take?

Three to ten days covers most European lanes, and intercontinental orders take longer. The longest wait on many timelines sits between the order being received and the carrier being notified, which is the booking being arranged rather than the parcel moving.

What does "More information required" mean?

The booking is missing something the carrier needs, such as a customs detail or a corrected address, and the shipment will not progress until it is supplied. Repeated entries mean the request has gone unanswered, so it is worth checking your ParcelABC account.

What does "Claimed" mean?

A claim has been raised against the shipment, which is what happens after a parcel is lost or damaged. It is an exception rather than a delivery, so Track91 does not record a delivery date against it.

What time zone are ParcelABC scan times in?

The scans are relayed from whichever carrier is handling the parcel and are printed without any offset, so Track91 stores them exactly as published rather than converting them against a zone it cannot confirm.

Is Track91 affiliated with ParcelABC?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. ParcelABC and the carrier actually moving the parcel remain responsible for carriage and customer enquiries. Contact ParcelABC about a booking problem.
