iThink Logistics gives eCommerce, D2C and B2B businesses a smarter international shipping experience - global reach, competitive rates, and technology built for growth, with complete end-to-end tracking for sellers and customers. iThink's FAQ confirms that it is a courier aggregator: after label generation, collection is assigned to the selected courier partner. Lost or damaged parcel liability varies by partner and is defined in the merchant agreement. Registered shippers can raise support tickets or contact their assigned account manager; a buyer should also keep the store informed about an order problem. iThink Logistics official FAQ. iThink Logistics services.
A multi-carrier network for domestic delivery and international CSB-V exports.
Ship to the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Canada, with a delivery estimate supplied for the selected country and courier. Customs and destination handling can add time.
CSB-V shipping with GST-compliant invoicing simplifies customs clearance for cross-border sellers.
Orders are routed across partner couriers such as Ekart, Delhivery and Xpressbees for the best domestic reach.
Available shipment events help sellers and customers follow manifest, pickup, delivery and return stages. Read each event separately: the integration may not receive every carrier scan.
What the most frequent iThink Logistics updates mean for your shipment.
Manifested records the booking; Pickup Done records collection. These are different stages, so a manifest alone does not confirm that the courier has the parcel.
The shipment is moving between hubs and facilities on its way to the destination city.
A delivery attempt could not be completed. Check the failed-attempt reason and ask the seller about a reattempt. Another attempt or a return depends on the courier and booking instructions.
The shipment is being returned to the seller (Return To Origin) after repeated failed delivery attempts.
Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of iThink Logistics. For delivery instructions or help with a missing parcel, use the carrier's official support.

Enter your iThink AWB number (e.g. ILSP1234567890) in the search box at the top of the page to see the full tracking timeline. Track91 fetches the available status directly, so you see every scan from manifest and pickup through to delivery or RTO without signing in.
iThink Logistics is an aggregator, so the last-mile delivery is handled by a partner carrier (such as Ekart, Delhivery or Xpressbees) selected for your destination. The partner courier is chosen automatically based on the delivery pin code and service level booked by the seller.
RTO stands for Return To Origin. It means the parcel could not be delivered and is on its way back to the seller. This usually follows an Undelivered status where the courier attempted delivery several times without success before initiating the return.
Check iThink's estimate for the destination country and selected courier product. International transport, customs release and local delivery can affect timing. A fixed ten-to-twelve-day period should not be assumed for every order; ask the merchant to confirm the booking and any documentation needed.
An iThink AWB usually starts with the letters IL followed by two more letters and 8 to 14 digits, for example ILSP1234567890. Because iThink routes orders to partner couriers, you may instead be given the partner's own AWB - Track91 accepts both formats.
Undelivered means a delivery attempt could not be completed. Check the failed-attempt reason and ask the seller about a reattempt. Another attempt or a return depends on the courier and booking instructions. Common causes are nobody available at the address, an incorrect or incomplete address, or the consignee being unreachable by phone.
Scans can lag a few hours between hubs, especially while a parcel is moving on a partner courier's line-haul network or waiting on customs clearance for an international order. If the shipment is overdue or a recorded event requires action, contact the sender or carrier with the reference and last update.
No. Track91 needs your iThink AWB number to look up a shipment. If you do not have it, check the shipping confirmation email or SMS from the seller, or your order details on the store where you placed the order - the AWB is generated once the parcel is manifested.
First check the latest scan on the timeline. Manifested or pickup scans can repeat for a day or two before collection, and international parcels pause during customs clearance. If the shipment is overdue or a recorded event requires action, contact the sender or carrier with the reference and last update.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches available status for your iThink Logistics shipments. For pickups, claims, refunds, or account issues, please use the official iThink Logistics website or contact the seller you ordered from.
iThink's FAQ says liability depends on the selected logistics partner and the merchant agreement. Ask the seller to raise the issue with iThink and retain the AWB, invoice and photographs. Neither a tracking event nor Track91 determines compensation or a refund.
