A trunk-and-branch express network built on regional hubs and local franchise agents, carrying documents, parcels and commercial consignments.
Door-to-door document and parcel movement between branch towns, routed through the network's regional hubs.
Consignments from feeder towns consolidate at the Delhi and regional hubs before moving onto the long-haul trunk lanes.
Delivering branches scan the signed run sheet, so a delivered consignment carries both the signature image and the receiver's name.
Last-mile delivery is handled by named local agents, each with its own address and phone number printed against the scan.
Jetline issues a plain nine-digit air waybill number with no letters or separators. It is pre-printed on the consignment note the booking branch fills in, and it is the only reference the courier's own tracking system will accept.
Nine digits, entered exactly as printed.
Top of the consignment note, on the copy the booking branch hands to the sender. Online sellers usually pass it on in their dispatch message.
Transit depends on how many trunk legs sit between the booking branch and the delivery agent.
1-2 days between towns served by the same regional hub, such as Sonipat to Delhi.
2-3 days on established trunk lanes such as Delhi to Patna, moving overnight between hubs.
3-5 days where the parcel transhipments through two hubs before reaching a franchise agent.
The wording Jetline branches type against each scan, and what it tells you about your parcel.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Booked at | The origin branch has entered the consignment into the system. The parcel is with them, waiting for the next trunk load. |
| Shipment dispatch for destination | The parcel has left the named town on a trunk leg. The location on this scan is the branch it is travelling towards. |
| Shipment received at | A hub or branch has taken the parcel in and scanned it. It will be re-loaded for the next leg from here. |
| Received at branch | The last-mile agent for the delivery town now holds the parcel. Delivery normally follows within a day. |
| Out for delivery | The parcel is on the delivery round with a rider and is expected to reach you the same day. |
| Missroute | The consignment was loaded onto the wrong trunk line. The hub holding it will re-book it toward the correct destination. |
| Delivered sign | Handed over and signed for on the branch run sheet, which is scanned and attached as proof of delivery. |
| Delivered rec. by | Delivered, with the branch recording the name of the person who accepted the parcel. |
Jetline Couriers Support
Answers to the most common queries about Jetline Couriers tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter the 9-digit AWB number printed on your Jetline Couriers consignment note into the box above and press track. Track91 fetches the booking details and every branch scan the courier has filed, then lays them out newest first with the route the parcel took.
Jetline issues a plain 9-digit air waybill number, for example 123456789. It is printed at the top of the consignment note the booking branch hands you and is the only reference their tracking system accepts.
Most consignments move in two to five days. Metro-to-metro lanes such as Delhi to Patna usually clear in two or three days, while smaller towns reached through a regional hub can take a day or two longer depending on the trunk schedule.
Jetline scans a parcel when a branch receives or dispatches it, not continuously along the road. A gap of a day or two between two towns is normal for a trunk leg. If nothing changes for more than three working days, call the booking branch whose number appears on your consignment note.
Missroute means the consignment was loaded onto the wrong trunk line and reached a hub that is not on its route. The branch holding it re-books it toward the correct destination, which usually adds one to two days to the journey.
Delivered Sign means the parcel was handed over and the receiver signed the delivery run sheet. When the branch types the name in as well, the status reads Delivered Rec. By followed by the person who took it, and Track91 shows that name in the delivery summary.
Yes, when the delivering branch has uploaded it. Jetline attaches a scanned image of the signed run sheet to delivered consignments, and Track91 stores that image and links it under the delivery details so you can view it any time.
No. Jetline indexes consignments only by their air waybill number, so there is no way to search by phone number, address or invoice. Ask the sender for the number on their copy of the consignment note if you have lost yours.
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracking service. We read the status Jetline Couriers publishes for your AWB number and present it in a clearer format. For claims, refunds or complaints, contact Jetline Couriers directly.
