Finding Your Consignment Number

DTDC tracking numbers, also referred to as Consignment or Reference Numbers, are alphanumeric strings ranging from 9 to 12 characters. They often start with a letter followed by 8 digits, or consist of pure digits.

  • Alphanumeric (e.g. H12345678, 7D127091884) Commonly found on physical receipts and printed labels. They usually start with letters like H, D, Z, I, or number+letter combinations.
    Example: H63274819
  • Numeric AWB (12 Digits) Some corporate accounts and e-commerce labels use pure 12-digit numeric codes.
    Example: 129787602552

DTDC Booking Receipts

A typical DTDC booking slip displays the Consignment Number under the barcode on the top-right or top-left. When using our tracker, type the characters exactly as they appear, ignoring any spaces or dashes.

Note: It can take up to 2-3 hours after physical drop-off for a new consignment to be loaded onto DTDC's online tracking system.

The consignment has reached the local DTDC branch and is currently with the delivery executive for final drop-off.

Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient or an authorized person at the destination address.

RTO Delivered / Returned to Origin

Delivery attempts failed due to issues like incorrect address or closed premises. The package has been shipped back and delivered to the sender.
