Finding Your Consignment Number

DTDC consignment references can contain letters and digits or digits alone. A letter followed by 8 digits and a 12-digit numeric AWB are examples; Track91 supports additional formats listed below.

  • Alphanumeric (e.g. H12345678, 7D123456789) Commonly found on physical receipts and printed labels. They usually start with letters like H, D, Z, I, or number+letter combinations.

DTDC Booking Receipts

A typical DTDC booking slip displays the Consignment Number under the barcode on the top-right or top-left. Copy the complete reference, including letters and leading zeros. If it is rejected, confirm it with the sender or use the official DTDC tracker.

Note: New booking and movement events may take time to appear. Compare the official record; DTDC advises contacting support if there has been no update for over 24 hours.

Booked at Origin / Softdata Upload

The shipper has created the consignment details online or the origin branch has registered the package details in the system.

Pickup Completed / Picked Up

The DTDC courier agent has picked up the package from the seller or sender and loaded it into the network.

In Transit

The consignment is on its way to the next hub or local branch. It has left the origin facility.

Out For Delivery

The consignment has reached the local DTDC branch and is currently with the delivery executive for final drop-off.

Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient or an authorized person at the destination address.

RTO Delivered / Returned to Origin

Returned to Origin records a return to the sender; RTO Delivered indicates the return handover is recorded as complete. Check the event reason rather than assuming why the return began.
