Chronopost distinguishes its express parcel products from Shop2Shop by Chronopost, whose homepage advertises delivery in two to four days through the Pickup network. Parcels arriving from abroad

Chronopost also accepts 14-digit numeric references and 15-character international references, for example 123456789012345. Keep the full reference, including any leading zeroes.

Expected delivery times

Chrono 13 normally delivers the next working day before 1 pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Saturday delivery requires the relevant option. Certain islands, Corsica and days following public holidays have exceptions; international services follow destination-specific schedules.
