About BiteShip tracking

BiteShip is an Indonesian shipping platform that connects users with partner couriers. Its public tracking page supports waybill lookups across several delivery networks. The carrier that physically handles your shipment supplies the underlying movement and delivery information, so the waybill and courier choice belong together.

Tracking helps you follow the records published for a package, from preparation and pickup activity through facility handling and handover. It does not show a continuous location feed or change the shipping service purchased by the sender. Keep the booking confirmation and original courier reference available if an investigation becomes necessary.

Shipping and tracking options

Partner courier shipping

BiteShip lists multiple shipping partners on its official website. Available products depend on the courier and booking route. Confirm which network accepted your parcel rather than treating the platform name as the physical delivery company.

Public waybill tracking

The official lookup uses a waybill and can ask for the carrying courier when a reference is not found automatically. Track91’s verified SiCepat lookup requires the courier code sicepat alongside the waybill. The shipment reference should match the booking exactly.

Use the waybill and courier code

Find the partner courier and its tracking number in the shipping confirmation or booking document. Enter the entire waybill without removing leading zeroes. References may contain letters, digits or hyphens depending on the courier. The generic example 123456789012 illustrates a numeric reference rather than a real customer package.

The additional courier field identifies the network to query. Use the code shown by BiteShip for the shipment; the verified SiCepat code is sicepat. A correct reference can still return no information when the wrong network is selected. Ask the sender to confirm both values if the document only shows an order number.

Delivery estimates and tracking gaps

The partner courier’s service and route determine the delivery estimate. Refer to the booking terms and sender’s confirmation for the expected window. Records can pause between scans, and a newly issued reference may not yet be active. Older references may also expire from the public lookup. Compare the official tracker before requesting help.

Read the handling updates

Pickup requested indicates preparation for collection. Facility receipts record handling within the courier network. An out-for-delivery entry describes the delivery stage, while delivered is the published completion status. Where the source leaves a scan’s date unknown, Track91 keeps that time unset instead of inventing when the handling occurred.

Get help with a shipment

Have the waybill, courier name and latest update ready when contacting the sender or shipping support. Use the official BiteShip tracking page to compare results and the BiteShip help centre for current support options. Track91 is independent and cannot change a booking, redirect a parcel or approve compensation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about BiteShip tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track a BiteShip waybill?

Enter the complete shipping waybill and the courier code used for the shipment. BiteShip provides access to tracking from shipping partners, so the courier selection matters. Track91 displays the available handling updates for that specific combination without requiring you to log in.

What courier code should I enter for BiteShip tracking?

Use the code for the courier named on your BiteShip shipment or booking document. The supported verified SiCepat flow uses sicepat. Do not choose a courier just because its name is familiar; a correct waybill with the wrong courier selection may return no shipment.

What does a BiteShip tracking number look like?

BiteShip tracks partner waybills, so the format depends on the courier that accepted the booking. Copy the full number, including leading zeroes and any letters. A generic numeric example is 123456789012. A marketplace order number is not necessarily the shipping waybill.

How long does delivery through BiteShip take?

Delivery time depends on the selected partner courier, service and destination. Check the booking estimate or contact the sender for the service purchased. A tracking update is a handling record and does not create a new delivery guarantee or replace the original booking conditions.

Why does BiteShip say my waybill was not found?

Check both the waybill and the selected courier code. BiteShip may report that a number is not activated or has expired. Ask the sender to confirm the shipping reference and compare the official tracking page before assuming that the parcel has been lost.

What does a BiteShip delivered update mean?

It is the partner courier’s published completion status for the shipment. Read any delivery remarks and verify the handover if the package is missing. Contact the sender or the carrying courier to investigate a disputed delivery; Track91 cannot amend the delivery record.

Can I track BiteShip without a waybill number?

Track91 requires a shipment waybill and its courier selection. A name, telephone number or store order reference is not sufficient for this lookup. Look in the shipping confirmation or ask the sender to provide the partner courier’s tracking details.

Is Track91 affiliated with BiteShip?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with BiteShip or its shipping partners. Contact the sender, BiteShip support or the carrying courier for booking changes, delivery instructions and shipment investigations. Track91 displays available tracking information only.
