What ePost Global Ships

Rather than one carrier network, ePost Global orchestrates across many — routing each item to the carrier currently performing best on its lane.

International Parcel

Cross-border parcel delivery to over 200 countries and territories with end-to-end tracking and predictable transit times.

International Mail

Documents, publications and flat mail with a resilient delivery layer layered over traditional postal networks.

DTC Shipping

Direct-to-consumer global logistics with duties handled up front, new markets in 60-90 days, and no surprise fees at the door.

Domestic eDGE

A multi-carrier U.S. domestic service that picks the best route, price and transit for every parcel — typically 2-5 day delivery.

ePost Global Tracking Number Formats

ePost Global tracks several barcode families depending on the service and the vendor handling your item:

  • EPG barcodes — "EPG" followed by 9 to 15 digits.
  • Vendor barcodes — e.g. SPRCA + digits, issued by the processing partner handling the mail stream.
  • UPU postal codes — two letters, nine digits, two letters (the standard international postal format).

Expected Delivery Timelines

  • International parcels: typically 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Domestic eDGE service: 2-5 business days within the United States.
  • International mail: longer windows than parcels; scans can be days apart between countries.
  • Final-mile handoff: after arrival in the destination country, a local carrier completes delivery.

ePost Global Statuses Explained

The travel history mixes ePost's own scans with destination-country postal events. Here is what the common ones mean.

Data Received
The electronic shipment record arrived and a label exists. A first physical scan at a sorting centre follows shortly.
In Transit to EPG
The item is on transport toward the ePost Global processing centre in Cypress, California.
In house EPG
"Parcel Received and Processing" is the arrival scan at Cypress; "Parcel Shipped" means it has left on the next leg, often scanning from sort to flight in under 24 hours.
In Transit
Linehaul movement, including "processed in the country of destination" when the item lands and is handled by the destination postal operator.
Attempted Delivery
The final-mile carrier tried to deliver. Reasons range from nobody home (addressee could not be reached) to the item being held at the local office with the addressee notified.
Returned - Undeliverable
The item could not be delivered and travels back to the sender. "Will be returned" marks the start of that journey; "= actual returned to sender" confirms it arrived back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about ePost Global tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track my ePost Global shipment?

Enter your tracking number in the search box above to see the live status of your parcel or mail item — from data receipt and the Cypress processing centre through destination-country processing and final-mile handoff to delivery.

What does an ePost Global tracking number look like?

ePost Global numbers come in a few formats: "EPG" followed by 9 to 15 digits (e.g. EPG123456789012), vendor barcodes like SPRCA00001234567, or standard UPU postal codes of two letters, nine digits and two letters (e.g. UT123456789NL).

Where do I find my ePost Global tracking number?

Check the shipping confirmation email from the store you ordered from — ePost Global numbers usually appear there once the parcel is booked. The number is also printed on the shipping label or on the postal barcode of the item.

Why does my ePost Global tracking show "In Transit" for so long?

Cross-border mail moves in batches between countries, and scans can be days apart while freight is in the air or clearing customs. Gaps of up to a week are normal; contact ePost support if nothing changes for more than two weeks.

What does "In transit to" another carrier mean?

ePost Global hands most parcels to a local final-mile carrier in the destination country — for example UniUni or Spring Post. The event names that carrier and shows its tracking number, so you can follow the last leg on the carrier's own page.

How long does ePost Global take to deliver?

International parcels typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. The domestic eDGE service delivers in 2 to 5 business days within the United States.

My ePost Global item says it will be returned to sender. What now?

The item was undeliverable — often after failed attempts or an address issue — so it travels back to the original sender. Contact the merchant you bought from to arrange redelivery or a refund; they receive the returned item.

Can I track my ePost Global shipment without a tracking number?

No. The tracking system needs the barcode or reference number to find an item. If you lost yours, ask the sender or retailer — they can retrieve it from their shipping records.

Why did my tracking go backwards after a delivery attempt?

A failed attempt followed by a hold at the local office can make progress look reversed. The item stays at the delivery office awaiting collection or a re-attempt — check the latest events for the exact reason and any notification details.

Is Track91 affiliated with ePost Global?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for your ePost Global shipments. For bookings, claims or account questions, use the official ePost Global website or contact their support team directly.
