How do I track a PostLogistics shipment?

Can I enter a dotted Swiss Post barcode?
Yes. Spaces, periods, and hyphens in a barcode are removed before the lookup. An 18-digit barcode starting with 98 can also be checked through Swiss Post when PostLogistics has no result.
What does registered mean?
The carrier has received shipment information. A later acceptance scan confirms that the item entered the postal network.
Why is my tracking number not found?
Check every digit against the label. A newly created shipment may not appear until the carrier publishes its first scan.
Why is there no delivery date?
An estimate appears only when the carrier supplies one. The timeline can still show movement without a delivery estimate.
Is Track91 part of Swiss Post?
No. Track91 displays publicly available tracking updates. Contact the carrier directly for delivery changes or claims.
