  2. 2

    Enter it above

Type or paste the albaran number into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

  3. 3

    Get live shipment status

About NACEX

NACEX is a Spanish express courier operating as a franchise network across Spain, Portugal and Andorra, with a chain of platform depots moving freight overnight between regions and a NACEX.shop network of collection points. Shipments are identified by the agency that issued the albaran together with the albaran number itself. A lookup returns the current state, a delivery date and time where one exists, and a detailed history grouped by day.

NACEX services

Franchise agency network

Each shipment is issued by a numbered agency, and that number forms the first half of its reference. Agencies handle collection and local delivery in their own territory, so the agency named on a scan is the business physically responsible for the parcel at that moment.

Platform depots

Freight crosses the country through regional platforms, published on the timeline with names such as PLAT MADRID or PLAT MALAGA. Reading the sequence of platforms shows the route the parcel took, and a parcel sitting at one overnight is following the linehaul schedule rather than being delayed.

NACEX.shop collection points

Parcels can be routed to a shop acting as a collection point, either by the recipient's choice or after a delivery attempt. The timeline publishes the parcel as available at a NACEX point, naming the shop reference, and the delivery entry that follows records the collection rather than a doorstep handover.

Arranged deliveries

Recipients can agree a delivery arrangement with the agency, and that agreement is published as its own entry. It explains a parcel that pauses after arriving in its destination province: the delay is a scheduled slot rather than a problem with the shipment.

Finding your NACEX reference

A NACEX reference is the four-digit agency number, a slash and the albaran number of seven to ten digits, for example 0816/14702512, which is a generic illustration rather than a real shipment. Both halves are printed on the label and appear in the despatch confirmation. The albaran alone is not enough, because numbers are issued per agency and the same one can exist at several of them. A hyphen or a space in place of the slash is accepted and normalised.

Expected transit times

Next working day is the standard across mainland Spain, with the Balearics, the Canaries and Portuguese destinations taking longer. NACEX publishes its history grouped under date headings and files no clock time against individual scans, so Track91 shows them on the correct day in the order the carrier lists them. The delivery is the one exception, since its time appears in the page header and is applied to that entry.

Reading NACEX statuses

Statuses are published in Spanish. Notificado is the sender announcing the shipment and Aceptada its acceptance into the network. En transito marks movement between platforms, with the platform named beneath. En reparto is the local delivery run. Disponible en punto NACEX means the parcel is waiting at a collection point, and Entregado closes the timeline. The page is served in an older character encoding, so Track91 converts it and matches on fragments that survive either spelling.

Getting help with a NACEX parcel

Because NACEX is a franchise, the agency named on the newest scan is the one holding the parcel and the right place to ask about a delay or arrange a redelivery. The issuing agency, whose number opens the reference, is the one the sender contracted with. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect a parcel, extend a collection deadline or settle a claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with NACEX tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a NACEX parcel?

Choose NACEX on Track91 and enter the reference as the four-digit agency number, a slash and the albaran number, for example 0816/14702512. A hyphen or a space works too; Track91 folds it into the slash NACEX itself uses.

Why does NACEX need an agency number as well as the albaran?

NACEX is a franchise network and albaran numbers are issued per agency, so the same number can exist at more than one of them. The agency code is the first part of the reference printed on the label, and the lookup resolves nothing without it.

What format does a NACEX reference use?

Four digits identifying the issuing agency, then the albaran number of seven to ten digits, for example 0816/14702512. Both halves appear on the label and on the despatch confirmation from the sender.

How long does a NACEX parcel take?

Next working day is the standard for mainland Spain, with island and Portuguese destinations taking longer. The transit entries name the platform depots the parcel passed through, which is the clearest way to see how it is being routed.

Why do NACEX scans have no time of day?

NACEX publishes its detailed history grouped under date headings and files no clock time against individual scans. Track91 therefore shows them on the correct day in source order. The delivery is the exception, because its time is published in the page header.

What does "Disponible en punto NACEX" mean?

The parcel is waiting at a NACEX.shop collection point rather than being delivered to the door. The entry names the shop reference. Parcels are held there for a limited period before being returned, so it is worth collecting promptly.

Why is the name of the person who signed hidden?

NACEX prints the signatory on the delivery entry. Track91 masks personal names by default rather than republishing them, so the delivery still shows as confirmed while the name itself stays obscured.

Is Track91 affiliated with NACEX?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. NACEX and its franchise agencies remain responsible for carriage and customer enquiries. Contact the sender or the issuing agency about delivery problems.
