About TLX

TLX, which presents itself as Total Logistics Express, is an Indonesian logistics operator based in Bandung and active since 2010. Its published profile covers domestic parcels alongside door-to-door export and import handled through an air freight network reaching more than 200 countries and regions. The public tracker returns a connote with its shipper and consignee countries and a dated list of handling scans. Track91 displays that history as published, keeping collection, facility handling, customs stages and final delivery distinct rather than merging them into a single progress bar.

TLX services

Door-to-door export and import

TLX describes a personalised door-to-door service covering both outbound and inbound international shipments. A cross-border connote therefore carries an export stage in Indonesia and an import stage in the destination country. A scan recorded at an origin facility does not establish that the parcel has cleared export formalities, and an arrival abroad is separate from release by the destination customs authority.

Air freight network

International movement runs on a freight network the company says reaches over 200 countries and regions. Air capacity is booked per flight, so a parcel can wait at an origin facility until space is allocated. Those waiting periods usually produce no scan at all. Reading the date on the newest event is more reliable than counting days since the order was placed.

Collection from the sender

Pickup from the sender's own address is part of the published offering. The first tracking event on most connotes records that collection rather than a counter drop-off. Until that scan appears, the shipment exists as a booking only. If a connote was issued days ago and still shows no pickup, the sender is the right party to ask, because the parcel has not yet entered the TLX network.

Special commodity handling

The company advertises handling for special commodities to international safety standards, together with negotiated pricing on larger consignments. Restricted goods attract extra documentation and inspection steps, which commonly appear as customs or hold events in the timeline. Supplying the requested paperwork promptly through the sender is usually what moves such a shipment forward again.

Finding your TLX connote number

The connote number is printed on the TLX shipping label and repeated in the dispatch confirmation the sender receives. It begins with letters identifying the handling network and continues with digits, for example ABCDE1000000000000, which is a generic illustration rather than a real shipment. Copy it in full, without spaces, and keep every leading zero. A marketplace order number, an invoice reference or a booking code belongs to a different system and will not return a tracking history. If the number you hold returns nothing, ask the sender to confirm which identifier was printed on the label.

Expected delivery times

TLX publishes no single transit promise, because the time taken depends on the service purchased, the origin branch and the destination country. Domestic Indonesian parcels normally complete in a few days. International shipments add an export stage, a flight, an import clearance and a final-mile leg that may be performed by a partner operator in the destination country. A general in-transit status is a record of where the parcel has been, not a commitment to a particular delivery date. Check the service the sender booked before treating a quiet period as a problem.

Reading TLX statuses

Each scan carries a short code and an English sentence. Picked up means a courier has taken the parcel from the sender. Arrived and departed events describe movement between facilities. Customs entries show that an authority is assessing the shipment and may require documents or duty before release. Out for delivery means a delivery round is underway, while a separate delivered event confirms the handover. An attempt event records that delivery was tried without success and usually explains what is needed next. Track91 reproduces the carrier's own wording so nothing is implied that TLX did not publish.

Contacting TLX

TLX publishes [email protected] and +62 813-2230-0021 for customer contact, and gives its address as Jalan Prof. Dr. Sutami No. 96, Sukarasa, Kecamatan Sukasari, Bandung, Jawa Barat 40152. Quote the complete connote number, the dispatch date and the newest recorded event when you get in touch. Requests to change an address, arrange redelivery, release a customs hold or settle a claim have to go through TLX or the sender, since Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot alter a shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with TLX tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a TLX shipment?

Choose TLX on Track91 and enter the complete connote number printed on your shipping label or supplied in the dispatch message. The timeline shows each published scan with its date and description. Compare the shipper and consignee shown against your own order before assuming the record is yours.

What format does a TLX connote number use?

A TLX connote begins with letters identifying the handling network and continues with digits, for example ABCDE1000000000000. Copy the whole reference without spaces and keep every leading zero. A seller invoice number or booking reference is not the same thing as the connote.

How long does TLX delivery take?

Transit time depends on the service booked, the origin branch and the destination country. TLX describes itself as serving more than 200 countries through an air freight network, so an international parcel also passes export and import customs stages. Ask the sender which service was purchased for a realistic estimate.

Why is my TLX tracking not updating?

Scans appear only when a handling step is recorded, so a parcel can stay on one status while it travels between facilities or waits for a flight. Quiet periods are normal on international lanes. Contact TLX if the expected service period has passed with no new event.

What does "your shipment has been picked up" mean on TLX?

It records that a TLX courier has collected the parcel from the sender and it is now inside the network. It does not mean the parcel has left the origin city. The next scans normally cover facility handling, departure and, for exports, customs processing.

Can I track TLX without the connote number?

No. A connote number is needed to retrieve a shipment history. Check the shipping label, the receipt or the message the sender sent you. Track91 cannot search by recipient name, address or phone number, so ask the sender or TLX customer service for the reference.

What should I do about a delayed TLX parcel?

Read the latest scan first, since a customs or documentation stage usually explains a pause. Then contact TLX on +62 813-2230-0021 or [email protected] with the connote number and the dispatch date. The sender may also need to supply export paperwork before the shipment can continue.

Is Track91 affiliated with TLX?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service that displays published shipment events. TLX and its partner carriers remain responsible for handling, customs documentation and customer enquiries. Contact TLX directly about address changes, redelivery, claims or proof of delivery.
