Warehouse handling and customs services support the movement of goods. Availability and transit timing depend on the selected service and route.
Use the shipment number from your dispatch confirmation. The supported format is one digit, a slash and seven digits; a generic example is 6/1234567. Copy the full reference rather than a shop order number.
Delivery timing varies by route and selected service. Use the estimate from your sender and the carrier's latest update. Processing and delivery-attempt scans can explain progress but do not promise a delivery date.

Enter the shipment number from your dispatch confirmation into the Asigna tracking field on Track91. The timeline shows the updates published by the carrier, including processing, transfers and delivery where available. Use the shipment reference rather than a shop order number.
The supported format is one digit, a slash and seven digits, for example 6/1234567. Copy the complete reference from the shipping label or dispatch message. Keep any punctuation in the reference. Your seller or sender can confirm the correct tracking identifier if it is unclear.
Delivery timing depends on the service selected by your sender and the journey within Spain and the Canary Islands. Check the estimate supplied with your shipment. A published tracking scan records progress but does not guarantee arrival on a particular date. Contact the sender if that estimate has passed.
Updates appear when Asigna records a new scan. There may be a gap while a shipment is being transferred or waiting for the next delivery round. Confirm your reference with the sender and check the last published update before requesting a shipment enquiry.
An out for delivery update means the carrier has recorded a delivery-round scan for the shipment. It is different from a completed delivery. Check for a later delivered or delivery-attempt update, and contact the carrier or sender if the expected delivery does not take place.
A shipment reference is required to retrieve its tracking history. Look in the shipping confirmation, label or order dispatch details. If you only have a shop order number, ask the sender for the shipment number. Track91 cannot search by a recipient name or address.
Review the latest carrier update and compare it with the delivery window supplied by the sender. If the expected window has passed, contact Asigna or your sender with the shipment reference. Track91 displays carrier updates and cannot change delivery instructions or arrange a new delivery attempt.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Asigna. It displays shipment updates available from the carrier. For shipping changes, delivery enquiries, lost-item investigations or claims, contact Asigna or the sender through their official support channels.
