About Baraka Express

Baraka Express is an Indonesian cargo operator that specialises in heavy and bulky goods, with a head office in Cipayung, East Jakarta and branches spread across provinces from Riau and Bengkulu to East Java, South Sulawesi and Central Kalimantan. Its public cek resi service returns a consignment with its sender, recipient, piece count and destination district, plus a dated list of every agent, consolidation hub and branch that handled it. Track91 reproduces that chain in order, so intake, hub transfers, arrival at the delivery branch and the final customer receipt stay separate.

Baraka Express services

Heavy and bulky cargo

The company positions itself around ekspedisi cargo barang berat, cargo for heavy goods, and publishes both wholesale and retail tariff pages. Consignments are counted in koli, the Indonesian term for handling units, and the piece count appears alongside the shipment summary. A nineteen-koli load and a single box follow the same tracking chain but can wait for different vehicles.

Agent intake network

Cargo normally enters through an Agen, a local intake counter, which issues the resi and records the first scan. Until that scan exists the consignment has been quoted but not accepted. The agent that issued your receipt is also the right first point of contact, because they hold the booking paperwork and know which departure the load was assigned to.

PORT consolidation hubs

Between the intake agent and the destination, cargo passes through sites the carrier labels PORT, such as Bogor, Tangerang, Pejagan, Legundi and Probolinggo, each named with its city in brackets. These are consolidation points where loads are re-sorted onto onward trucks. A departure scan from one PORT normally names the next one, which is how the route becomes visible before the cargo arrives.

Delivery branches

The final leg runs through a Cabang, the destination branch serving the recipient's district. Arrival there means the cargo is in the delivery town but not yet handed over. The branch then dispatches it toward the customer, and a separate receipt event closes the record. Collection from the branch is sometimes arranged directly, particularly for larger loads.

Finding your Baraka Express resi number

The resi number is printed on the cargo receipt handed over at the sending agent and is usually repeated in the sender's confirmation message. It combines the issuing branch code with a slash and a running number, for example G-001ABC/1234567890, which is a generic illustration rather than a real consignment. Enter it exactly as printed, keeping the hyphen and the slash in place. An invoice number, a quotation reference or a ticket number from the company's separate ticket tracker belongs to another system and will not return a cargo history.

Expected transit times

Most inter-provincial consignments complete in two to seven days. The driver of the timing is the number of consolidation hubs on the route rather than the straight-line distance: cargo from Jakarta to Banten may clear in three days, while a load bound for Banyuwangi or Sulawesi crosses several PORT hubs first. Heavy goods can also wait for a vehicle with suitable capacity. The tracking chain records where the cargo has been, not a guaranteed arrival date, so treat the newest scan and the branch handling it as the reliable facts.

Reading Baraka Express statuses

Diterima di Agen records intake at the sending counter. Diterima di PORT marks arrival at a consolidation hub, with the hub's city shown in brackets. Kirim dari ... Ke ... is a departure, and the facility named after Ke is where the cargo is heading next. Diterima di Cabang places it at the destination branch. Kirim dari Cabang ... Menuju Customer means the delivery run has started, and Diterima oleh Customer confirms the handover. Baraka partly masks the sender and recipient names in its own feed, and Track91 keeps those details hidden rather than republishing them.

Contacting Baraka Express

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Baraka Express tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a Baraka Express shipment?

Choose Baraka Express on Track91 and enter the resi number printed on the cargo receipt. The timeline lists every agent, PORT hub and branch that handled the consignment with its date and time. Compare the destination branch shown against the one on your receipt before assuming the record is yours.

What format does a Baraka Express resi number use?

A resi combines an issuing branch code with a slash and a running number, for example G-001ABC/1234567890. Type it exactly as printed, including the hyphen and the slash. Dropping the branch prefix or the separator will stop the lookup from matching your consignment.

How long does Baraka Express delivery take?

Cargo moving between Indonesian provinces usually takes two to seven days, because it is consolidated at one or more PORT hubs before reaching the destination branch. A consignment staying within one region arrives sooner. Ask the sending agent which service and route were booked for a firmer estimate.

Why is my Baraka Express tracking not updating?

Scans are written when cargo is loaded or unloaded, so nothing appears while a truck is on the road between hubs. A gap of a day or two on a long inter-island route is normal. Contact the branch named in the newest scan if the expected period has passed without movement.

What does "Diterima di PORT" mean on Baraka Express?

PORT entries mark consolidation hubs such as Bogor, Tangerang or Legundi where cargo is sorted between trucks. The parcel has arrived at that hub, not at your address. A later Cabang entry shows it reaching the delivery branch, and only a customer receipt event confirms final delivery.

Can I track Baraka Express without the resi number?

No. The resi number is required to retrieve a history. It is printed on the cargo receipt given at the sending agent and usually repeated in the sender confirmation message. Track91 cannot search by recipient name, address or telephone number, so ask the sender for the reference.

What should I do about a delayed Baraka Express consignment?

Read the newest scan to see which hub or branch holds the cargo, then call Baraka Express on 021-84906644 with the resi number and that location. Heavy or oversized cargo may wait for a suitable vehicle, and the handling branch can confirm when the next departure is scheduled.

Is Track91 affiliated with Baraka Express?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. Baraka Express remains responsible for handling, storage and customer enquiries. Contact the company or the sending agent about address changes, collection arrangements, damage claims and proof of delivery.
