A supported FARGO reference has the prefix FARGO, ten digits and the suffix YQ: FARGO1234567890YQ. Enter the entire number, including the letters. Your seller’s order ID may be a separate reference.
FAR’s result page may also list a last-mile tracking number. When that differs from the original reference, keep both numbers available when speaking with the sender or delivery partner.
Transit time varies by service, destination, customs processing and the final delivery network. Follow the recorded history alongside the sender’s estimate. Gaps between scans do not establish where the parcel is now; ask FAR or your seller for help if the expected delivery window has passed.

The supported FARGO format starts with FARGO, followed by ten digits and YQ, such as FARGO1234567890YQ. Copy the complete reference from your shipment confirmation. A shop order number may be different from the tracking number, so ask the sender if the reference is unclear.
Delivery depends on the destination, the shipping option and customs processing. FAR offers Express, Standard and Economic services, so there is no single delivery time for every parcel. Check the service estimate given by the sender and read the latest carrier scan before requesting an investigation.
A parcel can travel between facilities without receiving a new public scan immediately. FAR’s help page also notes that flight tracking information can be delayed. If the parcel is beyond the sender’s expected delivery window, contact the seller or FAR with the complete tracking reference.
This records a departure from the warehouse or handling location named in the scan. It is a transit event and does not by itself confirm a flight departure or final delivery. Follow the later activities to see arrival, customs processing or handover to the delivery network.
A complete tracking reference is needed to look up a parcel. Ask the sender, marketplace or merchant for the number used by FAR International. Check your dispatch email and order shipment details; a customer name or delivery address is not a substitute for the tracking reference.
