    Find your waybill number

Check the SMS, email, or order page from your seller or courier. NUO formats accepted here include 10 to 11 digits or a NUO channel reference, e.g. 1234567890.

  2. 2

    Enter it above

Type or paste the waybill number into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

  3. 3

Track real-time shipment updates, recorded events and delivery estimates supplied by the carrier. Check the event timestamps; results may be cached between updates.

About NUO

NUO is a Chinese cross-border consolidator operating the Kingtrans waybill tracker. Rather than running its own delivery fleet abroad, it collects shipments in China and routes them onto partner networks — express carriers such as UPS, and regional sorting networks in markets like Russia — then relays those partners' scans back under one NUO waybill. Its tracker publishes the channel used, the partner's own reference, the weight and piece count, and a dated history drawn from whichever carrier is holding the parcel at the time.

NUO services

Express channels

Some NUO shipments are injected into an integrator's network in Hong Kong or Guangzhou and then run as ordinary express traffic. The history then reads like that carrier's own: label created, received, facility arrivals and departures across several countries, an import scan and a delivery. The partner reference published alongside the NUO waybill is the one that works on the integrator's own site.

Economy sorting networks

Other shipments move on slower consolidated lines, typically recorded as inbound and outbound movements at a chain of sorting centres. Those scans mark genuine handovers but arrive far less often than express ones, so a parcel can sit without an update for a week while it crosses a large country by road or rail.

Channel references

Shipments booked through a sales channel sometimes carry a reference beginning NUO rather than the plain numeric waybill. The tracker resolves that reference to the internal waybill and answers with the same history, so either identifier works. Track91 records the resolved waybill alongside the number you entered, which helps when comparing against the sender's paperwork.

Customs handling

Because every NUO shipment is cross-border, each one passes export formalities in China and an import process at the destination. Import and export scans appear explicitly in the history, and a pause immediately after one is usually clearance rather than a lost parcel. Documentation questions go back through the sender, who holds the declaration.

Finding your NUO waybill number

NUO waybills are plain numeric references of ten or eleven digits, for example 1234567890, which is a generic illustration rather than a real shipment. Channel references starting with NUO and ending in two letters also resolve. Both come from the sender or the forwarding agent who booked the consolidation, since NUO sells to businesses rather than to consumers. The partner carrier's own reference is a third number and belongs to that carrier's tracker. Enter whichever NUO reference you hold exactly as given, with no spaces.

Expected transit times

Transit time depends almost entirely on the channel rather than on NUO itself. An express channel into Western Europe can complete within a week of the first scan, while an economy line into eastern Russia can run for several weeks with long gaps between sorting-centre movements. Reading the channel name and the country of the newest scan tells you more than counting days since dispatch. Track91 keeps each scan in the local clock of the place that recorded it where that country has a single timezone, so the sequence reads correctly across borders.

Reading NUO statuses

One history can mix languages, because NUO relays each partner's wording unchanged: Chinese phrases from the first mile, translated express wording in the middle, and plain English from a regional sorting network. Arrived and departed facility entries are movements between sites. Inbound and outbound in sorting centre are the economy equivalents. An import scan marks arrival into the destination customs process, out for delivery means a round is underway, and a delivery entry closes the record. Track91 maps all three vocabularies onto the same timeline.

Getting help with a NUO shipment

NUO contracts with senders and forwarding agents, so the party who booked the shipment is the right first contact and the only one who can open a trace. Once the parcel is with a named partner carrier, that carrier's own customer service can act on a delivery problem using the partner reference shown here. The tracker is also rate limited, so repeated manual lookups within a few minutes may be refused. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect a shipment or settle a claim.

Understanding these updates

Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of NUO. Frequently Asked Questions

Help with NUO tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a NUO shipment?

Select NUO on Track91 and enter the waybill number supplied by the sender. The timeline shows every scan relayed from the partner networks carrying the parcel, with the place and date of each. Compare the destination country shown against the one you expect before relying on the record.

What format does a NUO waybill number use?

NUO issues plain numeric waybills of ten or eleven digits, for example 1234567890. Channel references beginning NUO and ending in two letters are also accepted and resolve to the internal waybill. Copy the reference exactly, without spaces and keeping every leading zero.

How long does a NUO shipment take?

There is no single transit time. NUO consolidates cross-border parcels in China and hands them to a partner network, so a UPS express route can finish in under a week while an economy line into Russia runs for several weeks. The partner shown on the record is the better guide.

Why is my NUO tracking not updating?

Scans arrive from partner carriers rather than from NUO directly, so updates can pause for days between a departure from one country and the first scan in the next. Long quiet stretches are normal on economy cross-border routes. Ask the sender if the expected period has passed.

Who actually carries a NUO parcel?

NUO is a consolidator. Its records name the channel used, such as UPS or a regional sorting network, and publish the partner waybill alongside its own. Track91 shows that partner and its reference, so you can follow the delivery on the carrier that holds the parcel.

Can I track NUO without the waybill number?

No. A waybill or channel reference is required. It is supplied by the sender or the shipping agent that booked the consolidation. Track91 cannot search by recipient name, address or telephone number, so ask the sender if the reference is missing.

What should I do about a delayed NUO parcel?

Read the latest scan to see which country and partner network holds the parcel. Customs and import scans often explain a pause. The sender or the booking agent is the right contact, because NUO contracts with them rather than with the recipient.

Is Track91 affiliated with NUO?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. NUO and its partner carriers remain responsible for handling, customs documentation and customer enquiries. Contact the sender or the carrier about address changes, redelivery, claims and proof of delivery.
