Trip Arrived means the vehicle carrying your parcel has reached the hub shown next to the scan. The parcel is then unloaded, sorted and either bagged for the next leg or handed to the local branch for delivery.
What does "Vehicle delayed - Controllable" mean?
It means the linehaul vehicle carrying your parcel left later than planned for an operational reason. The shipment is still in transit, and the next scan usually appears once the vehicle departs or arrives at the following hub.
Can I track UC Express without an AWB number?
No. UC Express tracking needs the AWB number printed on your booking receipt or shared by the sender. If you have lost it, ask the sender or the UC Express branch where the parcel was booked to share the AWB number.
My UC Express package is stuck or delayed. What should I do?

Why does UC Express say consignment not found?
A newly booked consignment can take a few hours to appear in the UC Express system. Double-check that the AWB number starts with UC and has 10 digits after it, then try again later if it is still not found.
