The final run is issued as a delivery order with its own number and the number of handling units it covers. A shipped delivery order entry means the goods have left the destination branch for the recipient. The matching receipt entry closes the record, and the goods-position table states how the handover was evidenced.
Alongside parcel-sized freight the company offers trucks and vehicles for larger cargo, with pickup orders arranged through a branch. Those consignments follow the same paperwork chain, so the tracker reads identically; only the number of handling units in each manifest line differs, which the coly column records.

If the record shows a manifest shipped but no matching arrival, the load is still in transit rather than lost. The company's published hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 and Saturday 08:00–16:00, so weekend movement is limited.
Approve Resi registers the consignment. Manifest Shipped puts it on a leg, Manifest Arrived records that leg reaching a branch, and Receipt Manifest or Close Receipt Manifest books it in there. Shipped Delivery Order starts the final run and Receipt DO closes it. The separate goods-position table states the outcome, commonly Received by PARAF for a signature or Received by TANPA NAMA where no name was taken. Neither identifies a person, so Track91 publishes no recipient name for them; where a real name is captured it is treated as personal data and kept hidden.

A manifest groups many consignments travelling together on one leg. A shipped entry puts your goods on that manifest, and an arrived entry records the manifest reaching the next branch. The delivery order number at the end identifies the final run to the recipient.
