Serbia's largest private parcel carrier

D Express Tracking

D Express, registered as Daily Express d.o.o., carries parcels across Serbia from a network of regional centres, delivering to the door or to a parcel locker. A large share of what it moves is online shopping: it is the carrier most Serbian web shops hand their orders to, and much of it travels cash on delivery, paid to the courier at the doorstep.

Track91 reads the scans D Express publishes for your shipment code and lays them out newest first, in the carrier's own Serbian wording, with the regional centre holding the parcel when the tracker names one. Those scans carry no time offset, so they are read on Belgrade time — the clock the carrier's own page displays. D Express official tracking.

D Express Services

How a parcel was sent shapes the journey you see in the timeline. Prices, weight limits and availability should be confirmed with D Express or with the sender.

Door-to-door parcels

The service most D Express shipments travel on. A courier collects from the sender, the parcel passes through the regional centre serving the delivery address, and a courier of that centre takes it out on a delivery round. Each of those steps is a separate scan.

Web shop deliveries

Orders handed over by Serbian online retailers, which make up much of the network's volume. The shop creates the shipment code when it packs the order, so the code can exist and show a waiting-for-collection scan before a courier has physically taken the parcel.

Parcel locker delivery

A recipient can redirect an incoming parcel to a locker from the D Express tracking page instead of waiting at home. The redirection is filed as its own scan, and the delivery that follows records the drop into the locker rather than a handover at an address.

Cash on delivery

Payment collected by the courier at the doorstep and passed back to the sender, the usual arrangement for Serbian online orders. The tracker links a fiscal receipt once such a parcel has been paid for, and the money is settled between the courier and the sender.

D Express Tracking Number Format

Two letters and ten digits

Every D Express shipment code is twelve characters long: two capital letters followed by ten digits, written together with no space or hyphen, for example AB0012345678.

The two letters are a sender series rather than a service code, so codes from two different web shops routinely begin with different letters while meaning the same thing. The digits normally carry leading zeros, which are part of the code and must be entered.

Expected Delivery Times

Across Serbia

A parcel collected on a working day is usually delivered the next one, wherever in the country it is going, because it passes through one regional centre on the way. Deliveries run on working days, so a Friday collection commonly arrives on Monday.

Within one city

A shipment collected and delivered inside the same city is often handed over on the same day, since it never leaves the one centre. D Express publishes no estimated delivery date through its tracker, so the timeline shows what has happened rather than a forecast.

D Express Status Glossary

D Express writes its scans in Serbian. These are the wordings you will see, and what each one means for your parcel.

Čeka na preuzimanje

The shipment has been booked and the carrier is waiting to collect it from the sender. Nothing has moved yet; a web shop often files this when it packs the order.

Pošiljka je preuzeta od pošiljaoca

A courier has collected the parcel from the sender. It is now inside the D Express network and travelling towards the regional centre that serves your address.

Pošiljka zadužena za isporuku

A courier has taken the parcel out on the day's delivery round. If the round does not reach you, the same wording appears again on a later day for the next attempt.

Preusmerena na paketomat

The recipient redirected the parcel to a parcel locker from the tracking page. The delivery that follows is a drop into that locker rather than a handover at the door.

Pošiljka je isporučena primaocu

The parcel has been handed over to the recipient and the journey is finished. The tracker's summary then simply reads Pošiljka isporučena wherever it states the current status.

Ponovni pokušaj isporuke, nema nikoga na adresi

A further attempt found nobody at the address, and the parcel went back to the regional centre's warehouse to be carried out again on another round.

Isporuka odložena u dogovoru sa primaocem

The delivery was put off by agreement with the recipient, so the parcel returned to the centre and a later round will carry it out on the agreed day.

Pošiljka se vraća / je vraćena pošiljaocu

The parcel could not be delivered and is travelling back to the sender; the second wording confirms the sender has received it. Ask the shop about a refund or a fresh attempt.

U magacinu centra

Shown as the location rather than as a scan: the parcel is lying in the warehouse of the regional centre named after it, waiting for the next delivery round.

Kod kurira centra

Also a location rather than a scan: the parcel is with a courier of the named regional centre, in the van and on the round, rather than resting at the depot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with D Express tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a D Express package?

Enter the shipment code from the web shop that sent your parcel, or from the D Express receipt, into the tracking field on Track91. The newest scan appears first, with the dated history below it and the regional centre holding the parcel when D Express names one. No account or login is needed.

What is the D Express tracking number format?

A D Express shipment code is twelve characters: two letters followed by ten digits, for example AB0012345678. The two letters are the sender series, so a code from one web shop can begin differently from another. Copy every character, including the leading zeros in the digits.

How long does D Express take to deliver in Serbia?

Most parcels are collected from the sender one working day and delivered the next, and a shipment moving inside a single city is often delivered the same day. Deliveries run on working days, so a parcel collected late on Friday normally arrives on Monday. D Express publishes no estimated delivery date through its tracker.

What does Posiljka zaduzena za isporuku mean?

Pošiljka zadužena za isporuku means a courier has taken your parcel onto the day's delivery round and will attempt your address that day. If nobody is in, the parcel goes back to the regional centre and the same status appears again on a later day for the next attempt.

Why is my D Express tracking not updating?

Each update depends on a new scan. A web shop can create a shipment code hours or days before handing the parcel over, so the code can sit at the waiting-for-collection stage with nothing after it. A parcel resting at a regional centre overnight also files no scan until the next round begins.

What does Preusmerena na paketomat mean on D Express tracking?

Preusmerena na paketomat means the recipient asked, through the D Express tracking page, for the parcel to go to a parcel locker rather than to the door. The parcel then continues to that locker, and the delivery scan that follows records the drop into it rather than a handover at an address.

Can I track a D Express shipment without a tracking number?

Not on Track91. The lookup needs the shipment code, because that is the only identifier the D Express tracking service resolves. Check the dispatch message from the web shop you ordered from, your order history, or the D Express receipt. A name, address or phone number cannot be used instead.

What does Posiljka se vraca posiljaocu mean?

Pošiljka se vraća pošiljaocu means the parcel could not be handed over and is travelling back to the sender, usually after repeated attempts found nobody at the address. A later scan reading Pošiljka je vraćena pošiljaocu confirms the sender has it again. Contact the web shop about a refund or a second attempt.

What should I do if my D Express parcel is delayed or missing?

Contact the sender first, because the shipping contract is theirs rather than yours, and they can raise an enquiry with D Express quoting the shipment code. Have the last scan time and the regional centre named on the tracking page ready. The centre phone number shown with a shipment is the quickest direct route.

Is Track91 affiliated with D Express?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with D Express or Daily Express d.o.o. It shows the shipment information D Express publishes for a shipment code, for convenience. Redirections, delivery arrangements, cash on delivery and claims must be handled by D Express or by the sender.
