About Kyrgyz Post

Kyrgyz Post is the state postal operator of Kyrgyzstan, running the counter network that accepts mail, the regional sorting offices that move it and the delivery offices that hand it over. Its public tracker returns a plain list of scans, each a Russian sentence naming the office involved and the time it was filed. There is no status code of any kind, so the sentence is the whole record.

Kyrgyz Post services

Counter acceptance

An item enters the network when it is accepted at a post office, and that scan names the office and its six-digit postcode, for example Бишкек 45 - 720045. It is the first entry on every timeline and the postcode identifies exactly which branch took the item in.

Sorting network

Items move between regional sorting offices, and each hop is published as a sentence naming both ends: sent from one office to the next. That makes the route unusually legible, because every scan says not just where the item is but where it is going.

The Bishkek exchange

Most traffic passes through ЦМПОЛ, the international exchange office in Bishkek, which is where domestic and international mail meet. A domestic item travelling between regions normally shows a hop into and back out of it, which is routing rather than a detour.

Delivery offices

The last scan on most timelines is the item arriving at the delivery office serving the recipient's address. Handover to the recipient is recorded separately when it happens, so an item sitting at a delivery office has arrived in the right place but has not yet been given out.

Finding your Kyrgyz Post reference

International items carry a KG-suffixed S10 barcode such as RA123456789KG, which is a generic illustration rather than a real item. The tracker is also commonly given the short numeric reference printed on the posting receipt, and both work here. Because a bare numeric reference is a shape almost every carrier uses, only the KG-suffixed barcode is offered as an automatic suggestion; for a short reference, pick the courier from the list and the lookup runs normally.

Expected transit times

Two to five days covers most domestic items. An item posted and delivered within Bishkek can move in a day, while one crossing to another region passes through the capital's sorting network and takes longer, with the hops visible on the timeline. Scan times carry no offset and the network is domestic, so Track91 reads them in Bishkek time.

Reading Kyrgyz Post statuses

Scans are published only in Russian and follow three templates. Принято в X is acceptance at an office, named with its postcode. Отправлено из A в B is a despatch that names both the office left behind and the one the item is bound for. Поступило в X is an arrival. Track91 reads the verb at the front to work out the stage and keeps the carrier's own wording as the event text. Acceptance and the first despatch are routinely filed at the same instant, so the source order is what keeps them the right way round.

Getting help with a Kyrgyz Post item

The office named in the newest scan is the one physically holding the item and the right place to ask about a delay; its postcode appears on the acceptance scan for the office that took the item in. Track91 independently displays the published history and cannot redirect an item, arrange redelivery or open a trace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Kyrgyz Post tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a Kyrgyz Post item?

Choose Kyrgyz Post on Track91 and enter the barcode or the short reference from the posting receipt. The timeline shows the acceptance office, every hop between sorting offices and the delivery office the item reached.

What reference does Kyrgyz Post use?

International items carry a KG-suffixed S10 barcode such as RA123456789KG. The public tracker is also commonly given a short numeric reference from the posting receipt, and both are accepted here.

Why is Kyrgyz Post not suggested when I paste a short number?

A bare numeric reference is a shape almost every carrier uses, so guessing Kyrgyz Post from one would be unreliable. A KG-suffixed barcode is distinctive and is suggested; for a short reference, choose the courier from the list.

How long does a Kyrgyz Post item take?

Two to five days covers most domestic items. Everything routes through the Bishkek sorting network, so an item travelling between two regions passes through the capital and the timeline shows that hop explicitly.

What does ЦМПОЛ mean on the timeline?

It is the international exchange office in Bishkek, where items cross between the domestic network and international mail. Seeing it on a domestic item simply means the item passed through that sorting centre.

Why are the statuses in Russian?

Kyrgyz Post publishes its scans only in Russian, and only as a sentence with no status code at all. Track91 reads the verb at the front of each sentence to work out the stage and shows the carrier's own wording unchanged.

Why do two scans share the same time?

Acceptance at the counter and despatch to the next office are routinely filed at the same instant, down to the microsecond. Track91 keeps them in the order the carrier lists them so the acceptance always reads before the despatch.

Is Track91 affiliated with Kyrgyz Post?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service displaying published shipment events. Kyrgyz Post remains responsible for carriage and customer enquiries. Contact your local post office about a delivery problem.
